Pogosti prigrizki so slaba navada<\/h2>\n<p>Zobozdravniki svetujejo, da jemo tri- do petkrat dnevno. Zakaj? Ker se raven kislosti v na\u0161ih ustih sicer nikoli ne uspe zmanj\u0161ati- ljudje, ki stalno nekaj grickajo z zau\u017eitimi sladkorji povzro\u010dajo kislost sline in posledi\u010dno ugodne pogoje za razmno\u017eevanje bakterij. \u010ce \u017ee imate navado, da \u010dez dan neprestano nekaj grizljate, naj to ne bodo jabolka, banane in suho sadje, temve\u010d sir in ore\u0161\u010dki, svetujejo zobozdravniki.\u00a0Ko jemo sir, se v ustih spro\u0161\u010da veliko sline, kar zbija kislost v ustih.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Zobe operimo <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pred<\/span> zajtrkom in \u0161ele 1 uro po pitju vina<\/h2>\n<p>Zdrav zajtrk vsebuje sadje in druga kisla in sladka \u017eivila, ki zmeh\u010dajo sklenino. Zato je pametno zobe o\u010distiti prej, saj \u0161\u010detkanje oslabljene sklenine po\u0161koduje zobe. \u010ce zob ne operemo pred zajtrkom, bodo bakterije na zobeh veselo presnovile sladkorje v hrani v kisline, kar spet slabi sklenino.<\/p>\n<p>Vino je zelo kislo \u017eivilo, ki za\u010dasno zmeh\u010da sklenino, zato je pametno vsaj eno uro po\u010dakati s \u0161\u010detkanjem. Enako velja tudi za kislo sadje!<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ustna higiena 21. stoletja<\/h2>\n<p>V \u0161oli so nas u\u010dili, kako \u0161\u010detkati zobe. No, danes vemo, da zgolj \u0161\u010detkanje ne zado\u0161\u010da: 1.) Zobna nitka bi morala biti del redne higiene, saj z njo odstranjujemo obloge, polne bakterij, iz medzobnih prostorov. Pomembno je vedeti, da zobe ne \u010distimo ostankov hrane, temve\u010d bakterij.\u00a02.) \u0160\u010detkanje jezika je prav tako nujen del rutine, saj je hrapava povr\u0161ina tega organa sanjsko goji\u0161\u010de za mikroorganizme.<\/p>\n<p>3.) Po umivanju zob ust ne speremo z vodo. Zobna pasta vsebuje fluoride, ki naj bi krepili sklenino. \u010ce po \u0161\u010detkanju usta speremo, speremo tudi fluor. Pozabite na belilne izdelke in se izogibajte \u017eivilom, ki pu\u0161\u010dajo made\u017ee<\/h2>\n<p>Nikar ne nasedajte oglasom za belilne paste: te so v najbolj\u0161em primeru neu\u010dinkovite, v najslab\u0161em pa po\u0161kodujejo sklenino zob. Po\u0161kodovana sklenina pa je bolj dovzetna za made\u017ee in karies! Zavedajte se, da z nobeno pasto ne boste dosegli holivudskega nasmeha iz filmov, saj\u00a0gre ta predvsem na ra\u010dun porcelanskih prevlek (ali izjemno dobrih genov redkih izbrancev). Bodimo realni.<\/p>\n<p>Nasveti za naravno beljenje zob, denimo z jagodami, so prav tako vpra\u0161ljivi, opozarjajo zobozdravniki, ki svetujejo, da jagode u\u017eivamo le v sklopu 3-5 dnevnih obrokov in ne kot &#8216;belilno&#8217;
