Ko se telo bojuje z njo, potrebuje veliko energije, saj le-ta obremenjuje imunski sistem; enako velja tudi za prehlad in gripo. Povzro\u010di lahko pomanjkanje energije, ki se vle\u010de dalj \u010dasa, lahko tudi mesece.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simptomi: <\/strong>kroni\u010dno zama\u0161eni sinusi in smrkanje<\/p>\n<p><strong>Re\u0161itev: z<\/strong>me\u0161aj dve skodelici tople vode, eno \u017eli\u010dko soli in eno \u017eli\u010dko sode bikarbone.
