Marsikdo se zaradi tega odlo\u010di ubrati bli\u017enjico v obliki beljakovinskih napitkov po intenzivnem treningu. Toda prekomerno u\u017eivanje beljakovin ni samo nesmiselno, temve\u010d tudi nezdravo. (foto:Thinkstock)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Beljakovine so zelo pomemben del na\u0161e prehrane. Telo brez beljakovin ne more normalno delovati, zato moramo beljakovine u\u017eivati vsakodnevno. To \u0161e posebej velja za vse aktivne \u0161portnike. Vendar tudi v njihovem primeru zado\u0161\u010da od 0,8 do 1,0 gram beljakovin na 1 kilogram telesne te\u017ee. V primeru ve\u010djega zau\u017eitja beljakovin se presnova v telesu preusmeri na presnovo beljakovin, kar je \u0161e posebej problemati\u010dno za ledvice. Iz tega razloga ni potreb po dodatnih beljakovinah, temve\u010d zado\u0161\u010dajo tiste, ki jih pridobimo skozi normalno in uravnote\u017eeno prehrano.<\/p>\n<h2>Izjemoma dovoljene ve\u010dje koli\u010dine beljakovin<\/h2>\n<p>Sicer pa je izjemoma in za kraj\u0161e obdobje dovoljeno u\u017eivanje ve\u010djih koli\u010din beljakovin. Kadar je \u0161portnik izpostavljen ekstremnim naporom, kot npr. po maratonu ali med intenzivnim pridobivanjem mi\u0161i\u010dne mase, sme za kratek \u010das, najve\u010d dva do \u0161tiri tedne, pove\u010dati dovajanje beljakovin. V tem \u010dasu so dovoljeni od 2 do 3 grami beljakovin na 1 kilogram telesne te\u017ee.
