Po ocenah naj bi ve\u010dina ljudi vsako no\u010d spala v istem polo\u017eaju, zato smo si ogledali, kak\u0161ne so prednosti in slabosti najpogostej\u0161ih polo\u017eajev za na\u0161e zdravje.<\/p>\n<h2>Bo\u010dni polo\u017eaj<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Dober za tiste, ki jih pesti zgaga<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Slab, ker povzro\u010da gube<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce ima\u0161 te\u017eave z zgago, ki jo povzro\u010da prodiranje \u017eelod\u010dne kisline iz \u017eelodca po po\u017eiralniku navzgor, lahko spanje v bo\u010dnem polo\u017eaju stanje omili. Odvisno od strani, na kateri spimo, je lahko smejalna guba tam bolj izrazita, saj je obraz stisnjen ob blazino.<\/p>\n<h2>Polo\u017eaj &#8216;truplo&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Pomaga pri artritisu<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Slab za astmo, smr\u010danje, apnejo v spanju, bolezni srca<\/p>\n<p>Polo\u017eaj je dober za ljudi, ki imajo artritis in bole\u010dine v sklepih, saj spanje na hrbtu porazdeli te\u017eo enakomerno po celem telesu, tako da ni ve\u010dje obremenitve na specifi\u010dnih podro\u010djih.<\/p>\n<p>Ta polo\u017eaj je znan po tem, da spodbuja smr\u010danje, saj so \u010deljustne mi\u0161ice in jezik spro\u0161\u010deni in se pod silo gravitacije &#8216;sesedejo&#8217; ter tako zo\u017eajo grlo, kar povzro\u010da vibrirajo\u010de zvoke med dihanjem. \u0160e posebej opazno je to pri ljudeh s pove\u010dano telesno te\u017eo, saj dodatna te\u017ea ma\u0161\u010dobe na vratu pove\u010da ta pojav sesedanja.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskave so pokazale, da imajo tisti, ki spijo na hrbtu, manj kisika v krvi, kar je lahko nevarno za bolnike s plju\u010dnimi in sr\u010dnimi boleznimi. \u010ce spimo na hrbtu dihamo hitreje kot v katerem koli drugem polo\u017eaju in celice v telesu trpijo za pomanjkanjem kisika, kar lahko poslab\u0161a bolezni srca in astmo. Vzglavnik mora zapolniti luknjo med rameni in glavo.<\/p>\n<h2>Polo\u017eaj &#8216;\u017eli\u010dka&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Dober za zmanj\u0161evanje stresa<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Posledice so lahko bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah in sklepih<\/p>\n<p>Le\u017eanje v objemu zagotovo krepi vezo in ameri\u0161ka raziskava je pokazala, da telesni stik, tudi med spanjem, ob\u010dutno zmanj\u0161uje ob\u010dutek stresa pri ljudeh. Glavo mora\u0161 imeti obrnjeno v levo ali desno, kar pomeni pove\u010dan pritisk na eni strani.
