Ta osnovi ritem je v nas programiran genetsko in ?eprav lahko z \u017eivljenjskim stilom vplivamo nanj, je klju?ni faktor pri regulaciji tega ritma son?na svetloba. Ena od klju?nih stvari, ki jih ta ura pri ljudeh nadzoruje, je spro\u0161?anje hormona imenovanega kortizol, zaradi katerega smo odzivni in budni, ter nam da energijo.<\/p>\n<h2>U\u017eivanje kave, ko to ni potrebno, pomeni tudi stres za telo<\/h2>\n<p>Najvi\u0161ja raven tega kortizola se proizvaja med 8 in 9 uro zjutraj. \u00a0Prav v tem ?asu pa si ve?ina privo\u0161?i \u00a0svojo prvo skodelico kave na poti v slu\u017ebo, ?eprav je na\u0161e telo \u017ee naravno &#8220;kofeirano&#8221; in izjemno odzivno. U\u017eivanje kofeina, ko je nivo kortizola na vrhuncu, v resnici zmanj\u0161ajo u?inkovitost in ne prispeva k dodatni stimulaciji. \u0160e huje, zaradi konzumiranja kofeina, ko ni potreben, bo na\u0161e telo hitreje postane tolerantno nanj in u?inek se bo ob?utno zmanj\u0161al.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Kortizol je tudi s stresom povezan hormon in u\u017eivanje kofeina naj bi pove?alo proizvajanje kortizola v ?asu, ko je raven \u017ee tako na vrhuncu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Raven kortizola je najvi\u0161ja med osmo in deveto uro zjutraj, dvanajsto in eno popoldne ter pol \u0161esto in pol sedmo uro zve?er. Zato si odmor za kavo planirajte med pol deseto in pol dvanajsto ter med pol drugo in peto uro popoldne.
