Zelena listnata zelenjava<\/h3>\n<p>Predvsem \u0161pina\u010da, blitva in ohrovt so najbolj\u0161i viri magnezija v na\u0161i prehrani. Ore\u0161\u010dki in semena<\/h3>\n<p>Sezam, brazilski ore\u0161\u010dki, mandlji, indijski ore\u0161\u010dki, pinjole, ara\u0161idi, orehi itd. Vendar previdno pri koli\u010dinah &#8211; ore\u0161\u010dki so polni olja, in \u010deprav so nenasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline v njih zelo zdrave, bomo kaj hitro opazili pove\u010danje ma\u0161\u010dobnih oblog.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Ribe<\/h3>\n<p>Najve\u010d magnezija med ribami vsebuje postrv.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Stro\u010dnice<\/h3>\n<p>Le\u010da, fi\u017eol, \u010di\u010derika, grah in bob so bogati z magnezijem, poleg tega pa so to nizkokalori\u010dni viri beljakovin!<\/p>\n<h3>5. Avokado in banane<\/h3>\n<p>To sta vodilna sadna vira magnezija. Tudi suho sadje, kot so fige, suhe slive in rozine vsebujejo veliko magnezija, vendar za voljo njega ne pretiravajmo s sladkimi kalorijskimi bombami (da bi pokrili dnevno potrebo po magneziju bi namre\u010d morali pojesti 0,5kg suhih fig).<\/p>\n<h3>6. Polnozrnata \u017eita<\/h3>\n<p>Kvinoja, rjavi in divji ri\u017e, je\u010dmen, ajda, pira, r\u017e, oves, proso &#8230; so eden glavnih virov magnezija v na\u0161i prehrani, saj, roko na srce, pojemo veliko ve\u010d testenin, kruha in ri\u017ea, kot \u0161pina\u010de.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Mle\u010dni izdelki<\/h3>\n<p>Mleko, jogurt, kefir, sirotka, skuta, siri, so prav tako pomemben vir magnezija.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Temna \u010dokolada<\/h3>\n<p>Kakav velja za super\u017eivilo, saj je bogat z razli\u010dnimi hranilnimi snovmi &#8211; tako je tudi z magnezijem. Razne milke in kinder \u010dokoladice pa ne vsebujejo dovolj kakava, da bi jih jedli zaradi magnezija v njem.
