Nato so njihov vnos energije nadzorovali naslednjih 5 ur pri tem pa so pri\u0161li do zanimivih rezultatov. Mo\u0161ki, ki so pred obrokom zau\u017eili temno \u010dokolado, so z naslednjim obrokom namre\u010d zau\u017eili kar 17 % manj kalorij, kot tisti, ki so pred obrokom pojedli 100 gramov mle\u010dne \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n<h2>PIVO &#8211; ne samo prijatelji, tudi srce ti bo hvale\u017eno<\/h2>\n<p>Raziskava, ki jo je objavil Evropski \u010dasnik za epidemiologijo, je pokazala, da lahko pivo blagodejno vpliva na na\u0161e srce. Bostonska raziskava je pokazala, da ljudje, ki na dan popijejo vsaj tri skodelice kave, mo\u010dno zmanj\u0161ajo tveganje za razvoj karcinomnih bazalnih celic (najpogostej\u0161a vrsta ko\u017enega raka). Morda si sli\u0161al tudi to, da naj bi vino upo\u010dasnilo razgradnjo mi\u0161ic. Vendar ali si vedel, da lahko rde\u010de vino prepre\u010di celo son\u010dne opekline?
