Pomanjkanje koncentracije<\/h2>\n<p>Eden izmed najpogostej\u0161ih simptomov pomanjkanja spanca je pomanjkanje koncentracije in zamegljen vid. Ljudje, ki premalo spijo, se te\u017eko osredoto\u010dijo na karkoli. Ob motnjah svetlobe se lahko pojavijo tudi prebliski, na dalj\u0161i rok pa halucinacije.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Kroni\u010dna utrujenost<\/h2>\n<p>Pri pomanjkanju spanca se pojavita tudi utrujenost in pomanjkanje energije za vsakodnevna opravila. Posledica tak\u0161ne utrujenosti je lahko zelo slaba u\u010dinkovitost doma, na delovnem mestu ali v \u0161oli. Ve\u010dinoma tako zaspani ljudje zaspijo takoj, ko dobijo prilo\u017enost, da malce zatisnejo o\u010di, kroni\u010dna utrujenost pa lahko tudi moti spanec, zaradi \u010desar smo naslednji dan \u0161e bolj utrujeni.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Simptomi prehlada<\/h2>\n<p>Simptomi pomanjkanja spanca so v\u010dasih zelo podobni simptomom prehlada. Kadar premalo spimo, smo manj odporni na mraz in pogosto nas zebe. Nekateri ljudje ob pomanjkanju spanca ob\u010dutijo tudi vrtoglavico ali telesno slabost. Pojavijo se lahko tudi bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah in sklepih ter odsotnost glasu.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Razdra\u017eenost<\/h2>\n<p>Kadar nam primanjkuje spanja, lahko hitro postanemo zelo razdra\u017eeni. Ziritirajo nas lahko malenkosti, ki bi nam bile obi\u010dajno povsem nepomembne, pa tudi na splo\u0161no nam gre ob pomanjkanju spanja veliko stvari na \u017eivce. Ko si kon\u010dno privo\u0161\u010dimo dolgo pri\u010dakovani spanec in si odpo\u010dijemo, pa je svet videti povsem druga\u010den in predvsem veliko bolj pozitiven.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Te\u017eave pri govorjenju<\/h2>\n<p>Premalo spanja lahko vpliva na govor. Veliko stvari izgovorimo napa\u010dno ali pa na\u0161 govor ni povsem jasen. Te\u017eave imamo tudi vklju\u010diti se v pogovor, aktivno sodelovati v njem in se primerno odzvati na sogovornike.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Nezdravo prehranjevanje<\/h2>\n<p>Pri pomanjkanju spanca se spremenijo tudi na\u0161e potrebe glede prehrane. Nekateri ljudje so stalno la\u010dni, drugi pa sploh nimajo apetita. Velikokrat se pove\u010da potreba po sladkorju in kofeinu, kar na\u0161e telo ohranja pri energiji. Dalj\u0161e obdobje neprespanosti lahko zaradi nezdravega prehranjevanja povzro\u010di tudi spremembe na telesni te\u017ei.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stalno zehanje ni edina posledica pomanjkanja spanca.
