Saj lahko, \u010de nisi pozoren nanj, in ne ukrepa\u0161 pravo\u010dasno, povzro\u010di pravo katastrofo, kot so mo\u017eganska kap, sr\u010dnomi\u0161i\u010dni infarkt, odpoved ledvic in \u0161tevilni drugi smrtno nevarni zapleti. Krvni tlak je sicer odvisen od telesne aktivnosti, podnevi je tudi sicer vi\u0161ji kot med spanjem, zvi\u0161a pa se tudi ob <a title=\"Kak\u0161ni so znaki kroni\u010dnega stresa?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.moski.si\/sodoben-moski\/moje-zdravje\/kaksni-so-znaki-kronicnega-stresa\/\">stresu<\/a>, bole\u010dini, strahu. V teh primerih gre za povsem obi\u010dajno reakcijo organizma in se pojavlja pri vseh zdravih osebah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161en je optimalen krvni tlak in kdaj je \u010das za resen preplah?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Optimalen krvni tlak bi bil pod 120 mmHg, normalni do 130 mmHg. \u010ce ima\u0161 krvni tlak obi\u010dajno do 139 mmHg, \u017ee govorimo o povi\u0161anem krvnem tlaku, \u010de pa so vrednosti vi\u0161je od 140 mmHg, je razlog za preplah ve\u010d kot na mestu, saj takrat govorimo o arterijski hipertenziji.
