Zato tudi ni \u010dudno, da so kostanj, ki jim je v veliki meri pomenil pre\u017eivetje, spoznali in izkoristili na vse mo\u017ene na\u010dine, tudi zdravilnega. In \u010deprav je do danes na prehranjevalni lestvici za \u010dloveka izgubil na pomembnosti, je vedenje o zdravilnih lastnostih tako pravega kot tudi divjega kostanja ostalo ohranjeno \u0161e danes.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zdravilne lastnosti kostanja<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zdravilni u\u010dinek kostanja na o\u017eilje<\/h3>\n<p>Kostanj ima izreden zdravilni u\u010dinek na o\u017eilje, zaradi \u010desar zelo blagodejno vpliva na kr\u010dne \u017eile, kr\u010de v me\u010dih, hemoroide, zatekla stopala in arteriosklerozo. Pri te\u017eavah s kr\u010dnimi \u017eilami so na voljo razli\u010dni recepti za pripravke iz surovih plodov.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zdravilni u\u010dinek kostanja na dihala<\/h3>\n<p>Za zdravljenje dihalnih bolezni se uporablja predvsem posu\u0161eno kostanjevo listje. V obliki poparkov in obkladkov pomaga namre\u010d bla\u017eiti simptome bronhitisa in umirja napade oslovskega ka\u0161lja.<\/p>\n<p>Poseben blagodejni u\u010dinek na dihala ima tudi iz kostanja pridobljen med. Sto gramov kostanjev namre\u010d vsebuje enako koli\u010dino vitamina C kot sto gramov limone.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg omenjenih vitaminov pa vsebuje tudi zelo zdravilno folno kislino in za telo pomembne kovine kot sta kalij in fosfor.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kostanj kot bogat vir energije<\/h3>\n<p>Poleg tega, da je bogat vir vitaminov, je tudi bogat vir energije. Zanj je zna\u010dilna nekoliko povi\u0161ana energijska vrednost, katere pozitivne lastnosti koristijo predvsem otrokom, starej\u0161im odraslim, \u0161portnikom in vsem ostalim, ki so redno izpostavljeni te\u017ejim telesnim naporom.
