(PhotoXpress) <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Priprava se pri\u010dne pri naboru<\/h2>\n<p>Pri izbiri kostanja pazi predvsem na to, da so \u010dim bolj debeli in brez majhnih luknjic, kar pomeni, da bodo imeli dovolj mesa in so brez \u010drvov. Pri nabiranju kostanja v naravi sicer velja isto pravilo, le da je pri tem pomembnej\u0161e, da zna\u0161 lo\u010diti pravi kostanj od divjega. Pri tem mora\u0161 upo\u0161tevati obliko, pravi kostanj je na eni strani raven, na drugi pa ima trebu\u0161\u010dek, medtem ko je divji kostanj bolj ali manj okrogel. V pomo\u010d pri razlikovanju je tudi ovoj, ki je pri pravem kostanju mo\u010dno bodi\u010dast.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kratkoro\u010dno shranjevanje kostanja<\/h2>\n<p>Kostanj je treba shraniti v hladnih kletnih prostorih ali v hladilniku. Po nekaj dneh kostanj sicer dobi nekoliko slaj\u0161i okus, toda shranjevanje naj ne traja predolgo, saj je kostanj hitro pokvarljiv. Kostanj naj ne bi hranili dlje kot teden ali dva, saj se sicer posu\u0161i ali pa ga napadejo \u010drvi oziroma plesen, \u010de je shranjen v hladilniku v plasti\u010dni vre\u010dki. Iz tega razloga je kostanj najbolje zau\u017eiti le nekaj dni starega.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dolgoro\u010dno shranjevanje kostanja<\/h2>\n<p>Morda presene\u010da, toda kostanj lahko resni\u010dno shranimo tudi za dlje \u010dasa. V ta namen ga lahko zamrznemo, na tak na\u010din pa bo zdr\u017eal dva do tri mesece ali celo ve\u010d. Pred zapakiranjem v vre\u010dko je treba kostanje le ustrezno pripraviti, in sicer tako, da v lupino na spodnji, ravni strani, naredi\u0161 zarezo. Ko se ti bo kasneje pozimi zahotelo kostanjev, bo\u0161 te enostavno vzel iz zamrzovalnika in jih pripravil na svoj najljub\u0161i na\u010din.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u017eivanje sve\u017eega kostanja<\/h2>\n<p>Tega sicer marsikdo ne ve, toda kostanj lahko zau\u017eijemo tudi sve\u017e. Najprej mora\u0161 seveda odstraniti trdo lupino in ko\u017eico, ki se nahaja pod njo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Priprava kostanja za pe\u010denje<\/h2>\n<p>Pred rezanjem kostanjev je priporo\u010dljivo, da te za kak\u0161no uro namo\u010di\u0161 v mla\u010dno vodo. Nato sledi rezanje, kjer mora\u0161 paziti, da resni\u010dno prere\u017ee\u0161 le lupino in da pri tem ostane za\u0161\u010ditna ko\u017eica nepo\u0161kodovana. Ne pregloboko zarezo oziroma kri\u017eec v lupino naredi\u0161 na ravni strani kostanja, tako da je lu\u0161\u010denje nato \u010disto enostavno, medtem ko mesnato jedro kostanja ostane so\u010dno.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peka kostanja na odprtem ognju<\/h2>\n<p>Kostanj ponavadi pe\u010demo na odprtem. V ta namen potrebuje\u0161 zavarovan prostor, da se ogenj slu\u010dajno ne raz\u0161iri, ter posodo za peko kostanjev, katere dno je izdelano z luknjami. Nato dno posode pokrije\u0161 s kostanji, med peko pa kostanje ve\u010dkrat preme\u0161a\u0161 oziroma obrne\u0161, da se enakomerno zape\u010dejo. Po pribli\u017eno dvajsetih minutah pe\u010denja na ne preve\u010d velikem ognju bi kostanji morali biti gotovi.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peka kostanja na \u0161tedilniku<\/h2>\n<p>Tudi za pe\u010denje na \u0161tedilniku potrebuje\u0161 posebno ponev z luknji\u010dastim dnom. Tako kot pri peki na odprtem ognju mora\u0161 tudi tukaj paziti, da se kostanji ne za\u017egejo, zato jih je treba ve\u010dkrat preme\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peka kostanja v pe\u010dici<\/h2>\n<p>\u0160e la\u017eje pa bo\u0161 spekel kostanje v pe\u010dici. To najprej ogreje\u0161 na 220 \u00b0C, medtem ko na peka\u010d enakomerno razporedi\u0161 kostanje. Poljubno lahko uporabi\u0161 tudi peki papir. Kostanje pe\u010de\u0161 okoli dvajset minut, vmes pa ne jih ne sme\u0161 pozabiti preme\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kuhanje kostanja<\/h2>\n<p>Priprava kuhanih kostanjev je sila preprosta. Za to potrebuje\u0161 le dovolj veliko posodo, ki ustreza koli\u010dini kostanjev, ki jih \u017eeli\u0161 skuhati, in dovolj vode.
