Meso te priljubljene ribe se tudi pri mnogih Slovencih znajde na (skoraj vsakodnevnem) meniju. Zakaj je prekomerno u\u017eivanje tunine lahko \u0161kodljivo in kdaj sploh je preve\u010d?<\/p>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/img-181839084-320x155.jpg\" data-srcset=\"http:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/img-181839084-660x320.jpg 660w,http:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/img-181839084-320x155.jpg 330w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\"\/><figcaption>foto:Thinkstock<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tuna je velika mesojeda riba\u00a0in\u00a0je v morskem ekosistemu precej visoko na prehrambeni lestvici. To pa pomeni, da je pojedla mnoge manj\u0161e ribe, ki so pojedle \u0161e manj\u0161e \u017eivali. Obremenjenost organizma s te\u017ekimi kovinami, predvsem z \u017eivim srebrom, pa nara\u0161\u010da z vsako stopni\u010dko v prehrambeni verigi, saj se v veliki meri zadr\u017eijo v tkivu.<\/p>\n<h2>Tunina prekomerno obremenjena z \u017eivim srebrom<\/h2>\n<p>FDA (<em>Food and Drug Administration<\/em>), organizacija za varnost \u017eivil in zdravil na ameri\u0161kem trgu, je pred desetimi leti izdala opozorilo nose\u010dnicam, doje\u010dim mamam, malim otrokom in \u017eenskam, ki nameravajo v bli\u017enji prihodnosti zanositi, naj mo\u010dno omejijo u\u017eivanje tunine. Tudi za ostale ljudi pa so prekomerne vrednosti \u017eivega srebra in drugih te\u017ekih kovin v organizmu dolgoro\u010dno \u0161kodljive.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ceprav to ne pomeni, da je tunina zaradi tega \u0161kodljivo \u017eivilo (njene prehrambene lastnosti pri zmerni konzumaciji prevladajo nad negativnimi), je ni priporo\u010dljivo u\u017eivati vsak dan, saj telo le ste\u017eka in po\u010dasi izlo\u010da te\u017eke kovine in se te lahko &#8216;skladi\u0161\u010dijo&#8217;. Gre torej za \u0161e eno od mnogih sicer <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moski.si\/sodoben-moski\/moje-zdravje\/3-zivila-ki-jih-ne-smemo-jesti-pogosto\/\">zdravih \u017eivil, ki jih ne smemo jesti prepogosto<\/a><\/span>. To pomeni, da tunina kot del razgibane in pestre prehrane, ni problemati\u010dna.<\/p>\n<p>Nekatere druge ribe, ki iz istih razlogov, kot tuna, vsebujejo ve\u010dje koli\u010dine \u017eivega srebra in drugih te\u017ekih kovin so: morski pes, me\u010darica, sku\u0161a, \u0161ur. Gojene ribe, ker jih hranijo s krmo in ne jejo divjih morskih rib, nimajo pove\u010dane vsebnosti te\u017ekih kovin.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Zanimivost:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moski.si\/sodoben-moski\/moje-zdravje\/5-poletnih-sadezev-ki-se-jih-splaca-uzivati\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hru\u0161ke<\/span><\/a> naj bi pomagale \u010distiti telo strupov in te\u017ekih kovin, kot sta \u017eivo srebro in kadmij.
