Poglejmo, katere so to in zakaj.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Alkohol<\/h2>\n<p>Poleg redne vadbe in zdravega na\u010dina prehranjevanja je zmernost pri pitju alkohola eden glavnih dejavnikov dolgega in kakovostnega \u017eivljenja. Nekatere raziskave so pokazale, da je alkohol v majhnih koli\u010dinah lahko dejansko koristen za zdravje; zmanj\u0161uje tveganje za bolezni srca in o\u017eilja, nas spro\u0161\u010da, prepre\u010deval pa naj bi celo razvoj Alzheimerjeve in nekaterih drugih kroni\u010dnih bolezni. Grizenje nohtov na\u0161e telo izpostavlja majhnim koli\u010dinam bakterij, ko pa se sre\u010damo z ve\u010djo &#8216;invazijo&#8217;, smo zato \u017ee pripravljeni nanjo.<\/p>\n<h2>5.\u00a0 Pitje kave<\/h2>\n<p>Nekaj skodelic kave je dejansko koristnih za na\u0161e zdravje &#8211; in po\u010dutje. Veliko seksa<\/h2>\n<p>Kot da bi potrebovali poseben razlog za reden seks. No, tisti, ki ga dobite dovolj, se lahko veselite pozitivnih u\u010dinkov, kot so bolj\u0161a odpornost, kakovosten spanec in mladostnej\u0161i videz.
