Barnett, priznani novinar za prehrano, sta v dveh knjigah (<em>Nasitni na\u010drt za vzdr\u017eevanje telesne te\u017ee<\/em> in <em>Nasitni prehranjevalni na\u010drt<\/em>) zasnovala dieto, ki temelji na tem, da u\u017eivamo hrano, ki je hkrati nasitna in ima malo kalorij, pravi avtorica knjige Vse diete sveta, Dr. Judith C. Rodriguez, ki jo je izdala Tehni\u0161ka zalo\u017eba Slovenije.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Kako deluje?<\/h3>\n<p>Izbira \u017eivil temelji na njihovi energijski gostoti, ki je odvisna od vsebnosti ma\u0161\u010dob, vlaknin, beljakovin in vode. Z u\u017eivanjem hrane z majhno energijsko gostoto naj bi la\u017eje nadzirali koli\u010dino zau\u017eitih kalorij in tako naj bi si smeli tu in tam privo\u0161\u010diti tudi majhne porcije visokokalori\u010dnih \u017eivil.<\/p>\n<h3>Priporo\u010dena \u017eivila<\/h3>\n<p>\u017divila z nizko energijsko vsoto so sadje in zelenjava, posneto mleko, bistre juhe, solate z nemastnimi prelivi, testenine, \u017eitarice, krompir, stro\u010dnice, pusto meso, manj mastni siri, skuta in jogurt. Ta \u017eivila morajo zapolniti ve\u010dino na\u0161ega jedilnika, ob\u010dasno pa si lahko privo\u0161\u010dimo tudi kak\u0161en pribolj\u0161ek. Dieta je, bolj kot hitra shuj\u0161evalna kura, sprememba \u017eivljenjskega sloga, ki bo prinesla dolgoro\u010dne rezultate, vendar \u0161ele s \u010dasom.
