Znanstveniki dandanes mo\u010dno verjamejo, da je velik del sivenja las gensko pogojen. Lasje dobijo svojo barvo od celic, ki so znotraj lasnih foliklov, imenujejo pa se melanociti. Ta vitamin je mo\u017eno najti v jajcih, mesu in mleku, na sploh pa je pomanjkanje kakr\u0161nihkoli vitaminov rezultat slabega ali enoli\u010dnega prehranjevanja. Vitamin B12 po\u0161teno od\u017eene tudi jutranja kava, \u010de jo spije\u0161 na prazen \u017eelodec.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Izogibaj se stresu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nedavne raziskave z univerze Bedford so pokazale, da lahko stres prizadene celice v foliklih, ki lasem dajejo pigment.
