Hrano bi morali pre\u017eve\u010diti tolikokrat, da je \u017ee skoraj uteko\u010dinjena! \u010ce temeljito in po\u010dasi pre\u017eve\u010dite hrano, boste pojedli manj hrane, pa tudi manj zraka, zato ne boste napihnjeni, prebava pa bo redna.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Veliko pijte, a ne med jedjo!<\/h2>\n<p>Pitje dovolj\u0161nje koli\u010dine vode je zelo pomembno, zato le popijte tista dva litra vode. A ne med jedjo! Najbolje je, \u010de med jedjo sploh ne pijete, \u0161e posebej pa se izognite pitju mrzlih pija\u010d, saj to mo\u010dno upo\u010dasni prebavo. \u010ce \u017ee morate piti med jedjo, pijte toplo vodo ali zeli\u0161\u010dni \u010daj. Pija\u010dam, ki vsebujejo kofein (kava, kokakola, energijski napitki) in alkohol se vsekakor izognite. \u010ce je le mogo\u010de, vsaj kak\u0161no uro po obroku ne pijte.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Ugotovite, katera hrana ni dobra za vas<\/h2>\n<p>Dandanes ima zelo veliko ljudi te\u017eave s prebavljanjem \u017eitaric (predvsem p\u0161enice) in mle\u010dnih izdelkov. Tudi, \u010de nimate prave laktozne ali glutenske intolerance, vam lahko ta \u017eivila povzro\u010dajo te\u017eave.
