Potrebno je poudariti, da se za zgoraj na\u0161tete izdelke uporablja industrijska konoplja, ki ne vsebuje psihoaktivne snovi THC, tako da konopljini prehranski izdelki ne povzro\u010dajo omame.<\/p>\n<h2>PREDNOSTI KONOPLJINIH BELJAKOVIN<\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gorilla-labs.eu\/11-izdelki\/38-konopljine-beljakovine.html\">Konopljine beljakovine<\/a><\/span><\/strong> so pridobljene iz celih in surovih konopljinih semen. Tako obdr\u017eijo popolno hranilno sestavo. \u00a0Njihova prednost je v tem, da so popolnoma naravne, presne in zelo zdrave. Konopljina semena so odli\u010den vir aminokislin, vklju\u010dno z vsemi esencialnimi aminokislinami, ki jih potrebuje na\u0161e telo. Poleg beljakovin vsebujejo tudi veliko vlaknin, esencialnih omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin, vitaminov in mineralov. Prednost konopljinih beljakovin je tudi v tem, da v nasprotju s sojinimi in sirotkimi beljakovinami ne povzro\u010dajo nikakr\u0161nih alergij. Prav tako ne vsebujejo oligosaharidov, ki povro\u010dajo napenjanje in nelagodje v \u017eelodcu.<\/p>\n<h2>KOMU SO NAMENJENE KONOPLJINE BELJAKOVINE?<\/h2>\n<p>Konopljine beljakovine lahko u\u017eiva vsakdo, ki se \u017eeli zdravo prehranjevati, \u0161e posebej pa so priporo\u010dljive za \u0161portnike in vegane ter vegetarijance, ki z vsakodnevno prehrano ne zau\u017eijejo dovolj beljakovin. Zgoraj smo \u017ee omenili, da konopljine beljakovine ne povzro\u010dajo alergij, tako da so primerne za posameznike, ki so alergi\u010dni na mle\u010dne izdelke oziroma sojo in zato sirotkini ter sojini napitki za njih niso primerni.<\/p>\n<h2>UPORABA KONOPLJINIH BELJAKOVIN<\/h2>\n<p>V kuhinji lahko konopljine beljkovine uporabimo na ve\u010d na\u010dinov. Priporo\u010damo beljakovine brez dodanega okusa, saj so za kuho najbolj uporabne, poleg tega so popolnoma naravne, brez umetnih dodatkov in sladil. Najbolj enostaven je klasi\u010dni napitek, v katerega zme\u0161ate beljakovine, razli\u010dno sadje in zelenjavo ter vodo ali mandljevo mleko. Uporabite jih lahko tudi za pripravo razli\u010dnih omak, namazov in juh. Tisti, ki ste bolj sladkosnedi pa si lahko pripravite odli\u010dna peciva. Ker konopljine beljakovine niso toplotno obdelane, so zelo primerne za pripravo presnih sladic.
