Kot otroci ne razumemo pravega pomena in ideje, zakaj sploh smo na tem svetu. Res je, da marsikdo \u0161e kot odrasel ne \u010duti in ne razume pomena na\u0161ega poslanstva. Dejstvo je, da je osnovno poslanstvo rojenega bitja dihati zrak, se hraniti, gibati, navsezadnje razmno\u017eevati in na koncu fizi\u010dno umreti. Misli se zagotovo takoj ustavijo pri tej zanimivi to\u010dki, ki pa ni ni\u010d kaj romanti\u010dna \u2013 razmno\u017eevanju.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Orgazem<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kakorkoli obra\u010damo, je od na\u0161tetih poslanstev najpomembnej\u0161e razmno\u017eevanje. Kdorkoli nam je dal to mo\u017enost in to \u010dutnost, se je na prav \u0161aljiv na\u010din poigral z nami. In nekaj, kar nas vle\u010de k \u2013 orgazmu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veliko je \u0161e drugih vplivov, ki niso tesno povezani z njim, a na koncu je telesno v tej zakriti ovojnici razmno\u017eevanja skrit orgazem. \u010ce stopimo za nekaj trenutkov stran od tega globoko iskanega, za\u017eeljenega ob\u010dutka, se nam vse to zdi tako romanti\u010dno. Ali pa zelo suhoparno, samoumevno. Da tako ali tako mora biti in je tako: da na\u0161e telo to zmore. Mi to zmoremo! In vse je lepo. Celo brezhibno. Kot mora biti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pa je res tako?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Kot mo\u0161ki imam popolnoma druga\u010dno percepcijo in dojemanje tega<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kot \u017eenske, kar najbr\u017e tudi je namen. Res je, da smo vsak s svojega planeta in da imamo nianse, ki jih na skupnem planetu v neskon\u010dnosti i\u0161\u010demo. Zato se te\u017eko postavim v vlogo zagovornika ali pridigarja katerega od spolov. \u00a0Zagotovo pa vem, da se na\u0161im samoumevnim t. i. spolnim aktom ne godi tako pravlji\u010dno, kot se to v javnosti oz. v vsaskodnevnih pogovorih obravnava.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vsi si to \u017eelimo. Vsak stremi k temu. A vsak ima oz. skriva v sebi kak\u0161en bolj ali manj bole\u010d dvom, pomanjkanje, negotovost. Dostikrat, celo preve\u010dkrat, za to krivimo svoje partnerje, okolje, vzgojo &#8230; ali karkoli drugega, kar je lahko krivo. Resnica pa je tako zelo pred na\u0161im pragom!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sami smo krivi za vse to! Ker si nismo zvesti. Ker se zanemarjamo. Ker ne skrbimo zase. Ker se bojimo sami sebe. Pa vendar je vse tako preprosto, anatomsko, fizi\u010dno in zelo zelo popolno. O\u010ditno res ne maramo preprostih stvari in si \u017eivljenje zakompliciramo, da postanemo disfunkcionalni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Torej: nasvet &#8230;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posku\u0161ajmo s \u010disto preprostimi odtenki sive. Ali zelene. Ali rumene. &#8230; <\/span><b>Posvetimo se \u00a0sebi ve\u010dkrat in pogosteje. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ne pomeni izklju\u010dno ve\u010d seksa, ampak morda ve\u010d negovanja sebe v vseh pogledih oz. najve\u010d v tistih, ki jih neradi po\u010dnemo, saj se prav tam po navadi skrivajo na\u0161e najve\u010dje pomanjkljivosti. Dostikrat je to vadba oz. gibanje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pilates je simpati\u010den primer, kjer bi vade\u010di lahko, \u010de bi vse principe in nauke, ki jih je gospod Pilates u\u010dil, ve\u010ddimenzionalno zavestno uporabljali v prid svoji t. i. popolni spolnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u010cUTNOST<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se nam ob aktivaciji mi\u0161ic medeni\u010dnega dna, pospe\u0161ene cirkulacije in aktivacije globokih mi\u0161ic, dihalnih mi\u0161ic in drugih antigravitacijskih mi\u0161ic ob\u010dutno pove\u010da. Postanemo bolj senzibilni in dovzetni za dra\u017eljaje, ki so sestavni del \u017eeljenih ob\u010dutkov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>TRAJANJE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se znotraj vzdr\u017eljivosti zavestne aktivacije gibanja v prostoru in nadzora uma nad aktivacijo posameznih globokih mi\u0161i\u010dnih segmentov pove\u010da. Pomeni: imamo se bolj pod nadzorom predvsem v fazi popolne aktivacije in popolne sprostitve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>GIBLJIVOST<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kolka, medeni\u010dnega predela v povezavi s hrbtenico je klju\u010dnega pomena za popolno prilagajanje in ritmi\u010dno usklajevanje gibanja v povezavi z dihanjem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>MI\u0160I\u010cNA KOORDINACIJA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in <\/span><b>MO\u010c<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dajeta nadzor, ob\u010dutek trdnosti, oklepanja in krepkosti v samem aktu in pri njegovem vrhuncu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Torej: biti ali ne biti? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bodi zvest. Kako?
