Eno srednje veliko<strong> jabolko<\/strong>, okoli 180 gramov, ima le 95 kalorij, zelo malo ma\u0161\u010dob in sladkorja ter veliko vitamina C in A. \u010ce vsak dan zau\u017eije\u0161 le eno<strong> jabolko<\/strong>, bo\u0161 s tem pokrila kar 14 odstotkov dnevnih potreb po vitaminu C.<\/p>\n<p>Ker imajo <strong>jabolka <\/strong>tako malo kalorij, so idealna za huj\u0161anje in zdravo \u017eivljenje, saj so precej nasitna in kot taka primerna za katerikoli obrok v dnevu.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Poskrbijo za zdrave zobe in dlesni<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ceprav<strong> jabolko<\/strong> samo po sebi ne prispeva k bolj belim zobem, pa se med \u017eve\u010denjem njegovih ko\u0161\u010dkov pove\u010da izlo\u010danje sline, ki prispeva k u\u010dinkovitemu odstranjevanju bakterij. Posledi\u010dno so zobje bolj zdravi in tudi manj obarvani.<\/p>\n<p>Res pa je, da kislina v <strong>jabolku <\/strong>lahko negativno vpliva na sklenino, zato je po zau\u017eitju priporo\u010dljivo zau\u017eiti kak\u0161en kozarec vode.<\/p>\n<h2>3.\u00a0 Jabolka \u0161\u010ditijo pred rakom<\/h2>\n<p>Raziskava na Univerzi Cornwell je odkrila, da imajo jabol\u010dni olupki neverjetno zdravilno mo\u010d, saj vsebujejo triterpenoide, ki prepre\u010dujejo nastanek nekaterih vrst raka.<\/p>\n<p>Jabol\u010dni olupek naj bi nas \u0161\u010ditil pred rakom \u010drevesja, jeter in prsi, saj je \u0161tudija na mi\u0161ih pokazala, da so olupki vplivali na zmanj\u0161anje tumorskih tvorb.<\/p>\n<h2>4.\u00a0 Jabolka zni\u017eujejo nivo slabega holesterola<\/h2>\n<p>Kiselkasti sade\u017e vsebuje antioksidante in vlaknine, ki pozitivno vplivajo na zdravje srca in o\u017eilja, \u0161\u010ditijo arterije in sode\u010d po nekaterih \u0161tudijah u\u010dinkovito zni\u017eujejo nivo slabega holesterola.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eivanje<strong> jabolk<\/strong> zmanj\u0161a tudi tveganje za mo\u017egansko kap.<\/p>\n<h2>5.\u00a0 Jabolka prepre\u010dujejo nastanek diabetesa<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Jabolka <\/strong>lahko zmanj\u0161ajo tudi tveganje za razvoj sladkorne bolezni. \u0160tudije dokazujejo, da imajo \u017eenske, ki dnevno pojejo dve <strong>jabolki<\/strong>, 28 odstotkov manj mo\u017enosti za pojav diabetesa, v primerjavi s tistimi, ki<strong> jabolka<\/strong> u\u017eivajo redkeje.<\/p>\n<p>Vzrok je v jabol\u010dnih vlakninah, ki uravnavajo nevarno nihanje krvnega sladkorja. Srednje veliko <strong>jabolko <\/strong>vsebuje okoli 4 grame vlaknin, od tega je najve\u010d t.i. pektina, ki zni\u017euje slabi holesterol.<\/p>\n<h2>6.\u00a0 Z jabolki do bolj\u0161e telesne vzdr\u017eljivosti<\/h2>\n<p>Verjela ali ne, zahvaljujo\u010d <strong>jabolkom<\/strong> bo\u0161 tudi la\u017eje telovadila.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce bo\u0161 pred fizi\u010dno aktivnostjo pojedla <strong>jabolko<\/strong>, bo to v telesu sprostilo antioksidant kvercetin, kateri bo plju\u010dom omogo\u010dil bolj\u0161i izkoristek kisika.
