To so na\u0161i bogati ljudje. V tistem trenutku sem se zmeraj vpra\u0161al: \u010de so tako neizmerno bogati, zakaj so potem tako nesre\u010dni, tako veliki reve\u017ei &#8230;? Pod pretvezo absolutne mo\u010di in masko o\u0161abnosti se velikokrat skriva zelo prestra\u0161en in nebogljen mo\u017eicelj, ki je po navadi prav paradoksno sme\u0161en. V takem primeru se seveda ne smejim, saj sem PROFESIONALEN. A zaskrbljeno se vendarle spra\u0161ujem: je bogastvo to, da oseba ne more dvigniti rok nad glavo? Ali je bogastvo to, da ta oseba vsa nervozna pogleduje preko ramen, kdo je vstopil v sobo, kdo se mu pribli\u017euje? <\/span><b>Je bogastvo to, da imajo ti ljudje demolirane hrbtenice in sanjajo o tem, da bi se lahko zjutraj brez te\u017eav postavili na noge in sestavili v podobo normalnega \u010dloveka?<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Bogastvo brez primere<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nedavno je do mene pristopila \u010dlanica, ki je \u017eelela prekiniti z vadbo, ker je izgubila slu\u017ebo in ker jo je bolela hrbtenica. Terapevti so ji namre\u010d <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prijazno<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> odsvetovali ukvarjanje z vadbo v fitnesu! Popolna zme\u0161njava, torej! Kot da smo popolnoma narobe skalibrirani in delamo prav tisto, kar ni logi\u010dno, ni dobro, ni realno. Teh 30, 40 evrov, ki bi jih mese\u010dno privar\u010devali zaradi odpovedi vadbi, ki daje energijo, mo\u010d in vitalnost za uspe\u0161no iskanje nadaljnje zaposlitve, zelo hitro zapravimo za pija\u010do, nov kos obla\u010dila ali drugo neproduktivno razvado. Ta izjava ni absolutna, a je najve\u010dkrat realno stanje, do katerega s tak\u0161nimi osebami pridem, ko se z njimi pogovorim. Vsi ti najbogatej\u0161i ljudje, ki sem jih prej\u0161nji\u010d opisal, bi dali vse svoje bogastvo, da bi bili vitalni in se dobro po\u010dutili v svoji ko\u017ei. <\/span><b>Te\u017eave v hrbtenici se ne odpravijo in sanirajo same od sebe.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Najve\u010dkrat (kot \u010dlanica v zgornjem primeru) ljudje sedijo doma in za svojo hrbtenico naredijo \u2013 ni\u010d. Zakaj? Ker je te\u017eko in ker ne znajo pravilno izvajati vaj, ki jih dobijo od svojega terapevta. Bo torej bolje? Ne. Le \u0161e bolj bole\u010de. <\/span><b>Ko se nam poru\u0161ijo domine, se moramo najprej obrniti vase in realno poskrbeti za svojo glavo in telo.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dejstvo namre\u010d je, da vse ve\u010d ljudi trpi \u00a0zaradi te\u017eav s hrbtenico. Vzrok? Kar ve\u010d jih je. <\/span><b>Moderen na\u010din \u017eivljenja, preve\u010d stresa, nervoze, nepravilna uporaba telesa in pozabljanje \u2013 nase!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sploh se ne zavedamo, da bomo uspe\u0161nej\u0161i, manj bolni, bolj trdo\u017eivi, napolnjeni z ve\u010d energije in delovnega elana, \u010de bomo poskrbeli zase in s tem zminimalizirali te\u017eave. Epilog zgodbe o \u010dlanici, ki so jo terapevti opremili s tako zdravimi nasveti? Po podrobni analizi situacije, v kateri se je zna\u0161la, je pri\u0161la do zaklju\u010dka, da je <\/span><b>vredno preusmeriti energijo v pozitivne ukrepe \u2013 v delo ZA svojo hrbtenico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Vztrajala je v tem delu in se popolnoma odrekla prvotni negativni ideji. In <\/span><b>danes je \u2013 bogata!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In koliko primerov sem \u017ee do\u017eivel, ko se ljudje zagovarjajo z neko idejo, ki bi jo, \u010de bi dobro premislili, zelo hitro opustili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Negovana, aktivna in funkcionalna hrbtenica je eno na\u0161ih najve\u010djih in najdragocenej\u0161ih bogastev.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0160ele, ko je hrbtenica \u017ee po\u0161kodovana oz. bole\u010da, se ljudje zavejo, da je <\/span><b>TO <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">klju\u010dno bogastvo. Da je to temelj, na osnovi katerega lahko pri\u010dnemo graditi vse ostalo. Po navadi je tako, da \u0161ele takrat pri\u010dnemo razmi\u0161ljati in delati v pravi smeri &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Hrbtenica je klju\u010dna za vitalno in aktivno \u017eivljenje<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u017eave bole\u010dine hrbtenice dobivajo \u017ee epidemi\u010dne razse\u017enosti.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po raziskavah je zelo malo ljudi po 25. letu starosti, ki \u0161e niso trpeli za bole\u010dinami hrbtenice.<\/span><b> O\u010ditno mora biti nekaj hudo narobe z na\u0161im na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja, gibanjem, po\u010ditkom, delom, da le 2 od 10 nimata te\u017eav s hrbtenico.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Najve\u010dja te\u017eava je na\u0161a kultura, ki je in \u017eal ostaja sede\u010da kultura. Vse, kar namre\u010d delamo, delamo v sede\u010dem, tj. za telo popolnoma neaktivnem polo\u017eaju. Zaradi dodatnih del, ki jih opravljamo, telo dodatno obremenjujemo v prisilnem polo\u017eaju in osnovne mi\u0161ice, ki so odgovorne za na\u0161o hrbtenico, izklju\u010dimo iz delovanja. Ob vsem tem je podatek, da dnevno presedimo ve\u010d kot 10 ur, grozljiv in daje mnogo odgovorov, a \u0161e ve\u010d vpra\u0161anj. Mnogi ne razumejo, zakaj sede\u010da dr\u017ea tako negativno vpliva na telo, saj vendar ni\u010d ne po\u010dnemo, telo pa ni izpostavljeno pravzaprav nobenemu naporu.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tako je morda res videti, a v resnici je ravno nasprotno. \u0160e kako zelo je telo obremenjeno! V sede\u010dem polo\u017eaju se mi\u0161ice upogibalke kolka kraj\u0161ajo in postanejo \u0161ibke, hrbteni\u010dne mi\u0161ice se raztegnejo in postanejo \u0161ibke, vratne mi\u0161ice popolnima izgubijo sorazmerje sprednjega in zadnjega dela, prsne mi\u0161ice se skraj\u0161ajo in so \u0161e bolj nefunkcionalne. Na podlagi tega med vsakodnevnimi opravili izvajamo kompenzacijo pri gibanju, pomeni, da s pomo\u010djo kolka, hrbtenice in ramenskega obro\u010da ustvarimo epicenter sil zlasti v ledvenem delu hrbtenice, zaradi \u010desar imajo ljudje te\u017eave predvsem v ledvenem pa tudi drugih delih hrbtenice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaj torej storiti? Preprosto: treba je iskati ravnovesje med prej omenjenimi mi\u0161icami, kar pomeni, da je treba <\/span><b>za pomo\u010d prositi strokovnjaka<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Hrbtenica je klju\u010dna za vitalno in aktivno \u017eivljenje, zato ni vseeno, komu zaupamo svoje zdravje! Na\u0161a telesa so zelo kompleksna in zapletena zadeva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zdrava hrbtenica ni samoumevna<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tega se je treba zavedati. \u00a0\u010ce se sami lotimo aktivacije prej omenjenih mi\u0161ic, bomo te\u017eje pravilno izvajali vaje, ki jih na\u0161e telo dejansko potrebuje. Zakaj? Mo\u010dnej\u0161e in\/ali skraj\u0161ane mi\u0161ice bodo namre\u010d prevzele glavno vlogo v gibanju, kar bo te\u017eave le \u0161e stopnjevalo. Preve\u010dkrat se sre\u010dujem z vade\u010dimi, ki jih po dolo\u010denih vadbenih aktivnostih te\u017eave \u0161e bolj pestijo, do\u017eivljajo \u0161e ve\u010dje bole\u010dine. Vzrok pa je predvsem neprimerna obremenitev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Torej? Ste se odlo\u010dili, da boste nesramno bogati? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ker ste lahko! A je vse odvisno od vas.
