Nekdaj je veljalo, da so bel kruh jedli samo bogata\u0161i, dandanes pa so se trendi obrnili in pogosto sli\u0161imo, da bel <b>kruh <\/b>jedo tisti, ki si bolj <b>zdravega<\/b> na \u017ealost ne morejo privo\u0161\u010diti. Koruzni<b> kruh<\/b> je <b>zdrav <\/b>tudi zato, ker vsebuje obilo vitamina E in magnezija.<\/p>\n<h2>4. vrsta zdravega kruha: R\u017eeni kruh<\/h2>\n<p>Velika prednost r\u017eenega kruha je ta, da vsebuje ve\u010d vode, zato dlje \u010dasa ostane sve\u017e. poleg tega je bogat z vitamini skupine B in magnezijem. Tako kot r\u017eeni kruh ostane dlje \u010dasa sve\u017e in ravno tako spodbuja razvoj mle\u010dnokislinskih bakterij, ki uravnavajo deovanje debelega \u010drevesja.<\/p>\n<h2>9. vrsta zdravega kruha: Zrnati kisli kruh<\/h2>\n<p>Preostala nam je \u0161e ena vrsta <b>zdravega kruha<\/b>.
