Dovolj bo \u017ee \u010disto kratek sprehod, samo toliko, da bo\u0161 spravila v gibanje svoj prebavni sistem &#8211; na ta na\u010din se bo iz njega izlo\u010dil tudi ves odve\u010dni zrak, ki se je nabral med u\u017eivanjem hrane.<\/p>\n<h2>Voda je najbolj\u0161i prijatelj ravnega trebuha<\/h2>\n<p>Napihnjenost bodo iz razli\u010dnih vzrokov povzro\u010dile tudi razne pija\u010de: med njimi najbolj kava, alkoholne pija\u010de, sokovi in gazirane pija\u010de (da, tudi gazirana voda).<\/p>\n<h2>\u010ce vse odpove &#8211;
