Kljub temu, so sirotko mlekarne \u0161e do nedavnega metale stran, na kmetijah pa so z njo hranili pra\u0161i\u010de. \u0160ele v zadnjih letih je sirotka znova dobile svoje mesto med zdravnilnimi produkti. Raziskave so namre\u010d pokazale, da je sirotka najkakovostnej\u0161i mle\u010dni izdelek, saj vsebuje malo ma\u0161\u010dob, veliko rudnin in vitaminov in veliko esencialnih aminokislin, ki jih sami ne moremo proizvesti, zato jih moramo vsakodnevno vnesti v na\u0161e telo s pravilno prehrano. Beljakovine pa so pomembne za rast vseh telesnih tkiv, za imunski sistem, so sestavni del encimov in nekaterih hormonov. \u010ce povzamemo, so nepogre\u0161ljive na vseh nivojih delovanja na\u0161ega telesa in brez njih ne moremo \u017eiveti.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S sirotko nad prebavne te\u017eave in kandido<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u017de Paracelzij, \u0161vicarski alkimist in zdravnik je zapisal, da sirotka pomaga pri zaprtju, revmi, putiki in te\u017eavah s ko\u017eo. Zdravnik AnneMueller pa je pred 25-imi leti razvil pre\u010di\u0161\u010devalno kuro s sirotko, ki traja 1-3 tedne in pri kateri spijemo vsaj 1 liter sirotke na dan, u\u017eivamo postno hrano in se veliko gibljemo. In \u010detudi se ne odlo\u010dimo za pre\u010di\u0161\u010devalno kuro, je priporo\u010dljivo spiti 2 kozarca sirotke dnevno, saj pozitivno vpliva na \u010drevesno floro, deluje proti zaprtju in vetrovom, pomaga tudi pri obnovi celic in spodbuja delovanje ledvic. S tem pa v na\u0161e telo vnesemo kar 150 g sladkorja \u2013 ve\u010d kot 10 velikih \u017elic in 15 g ma\u0161\u010dob \u2013 3 \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke. Zato vedno ve\u010d ljudi posega po <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gorilla-labs.eu\/produkti\/5-gorilla-labs-whey-vanilla.html?sid=0lfgp7sek9hb1hkor2a4cokuc0\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">sirotkinih beljakovinah v prahu<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>. Na ta na\u010din izkoristijo vse pozitivne lastnosti tega krep\u010dilnega \u017eivila in se izognejo negativnim, saj so sladkorji in ma\u0161\u010dobe skozi mehanske postopke filtracije odstranjeni. \u010ce se odlo\u010dimo za sirotko v tak\u0161ni obliki, na tr\u017ei\u0161\u010du so namre\u010d \u0161tevilni ponudniki, moramo temeljito prebrati hranilne vrednosti in sestavine, in izbrati kvalitetne beljakovine brez umetnih okusov, barvil, aspartama, in podobnih \u0161kodljivih dodatkov.
