To pomeni, narediti pravo stvar ob pravem \u010dasu. Ajurveda opisuje kateri deli dneva so ugodni za dolo\u010dene dejavnosti (meditacija, prehranjevanje, u\u010denje, osebno higieno, spanje). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ustvarjanje dnevne rutine je prvi korak na poti k stiku z naravo. Ajurvedska dnevna rutina je urnik, ki upo\u0161teva naravni ciklus. Je ciklus, ki vodi do sprememb v telesu in duhu in ustvarja ravnote\u017eje med njima. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajurveda spo\u0161tuje dejstvo, da smo ljudje razli\u010dni. Po Ajurvedi je celotno vesolje in tudi na\u0161e telo sestavljeno iz petih elementov &#8211; ogenj, zrak, eter, zemlja in voda. Njihova kombinacija dolo\u010da na\u0161 telesni ustroj &#8211; \u00a0do\u0161o &#8211; Vata, Pitta in Kapha.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kombinacija etra in zraka sestavlja telesni tip Vata. Ognjeni princip ali Pitta sestavljata ogenj in voda, zemeljskega ali tip kapha pa zemlja in voda. Navadno smo me\u0161anica vseh treh do\u0161, z eno prevladujo\u010do.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vsakdan modernega \u010dloveka je hiter; peljemo otroke v vrtec, \u0161olo, hitimo v slu\u017ebo, jemo v avtomobilu, zraven telefoniramo. Delamo preve\u010d, spimo premalo, jemo prepozno, dolgo v no\u010d gledamo tv. Veliko ljudi dela tudi, ko pride domov iz slu\u017ebe, \u0161e pred spanjem odgovarjajo na maile\u2026. V posteljo gredo obremenjeni z delom, nivo energije je nizek in kvaliteta spanca trpi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolgo \u010dasa sem bila prepri\u010dana, da \u017eivim uravnote\u017eeno \u017eivljenje, vendar sem bila utrujena, \u010dutila sem iz\u010drpanost. Predolgo sem bedela, zjutraj zgodaj vstajala, vadila jogo. V nekem obdobju sem dobila informacijo o ajurvedskih rutinah. Ker sem \u010dutila, da moram nekaj spremeniti, sem se odlo\u010dila, da uvedem svojo dnevno rutino. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u017eko je sprejeti nove dnevne rutine, ker so nezdravi vzorci zelo mo\u010dni, mo\u010dno vkomponirani v vsakdan. Moramo se odlo\u010diti katere vzorce bomo odvrgli, kaj bomo \u017ertvovali, da bi dosegli vi\u0161ji nivo energije in si izbolj\u0161ali po\u010dutje. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Rutine, ki so mi spremenile \u017eivljenje na bolje:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vstajam ob 06.00. Dan za\u010dnem s hvale\u017enostjo. Ko vstanem iz postelje, je du\u0161a \u017ee nahranjena in \u010dutim se blagoslovljena za \u017eivljenje, ki ga imam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popijem kozarec mla\u010dne vode z aloja vero. Mla\u010dna voda prebudi organizem in prebavni sistem, izbolj\u0161a imunski sistem. Prebavni sistem postane bolj preto\u010den in hrana se dobro prebavi. Voda pa pomaga tudi pri uravnavanju te\u017ee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sledi 20 minutna vadba joge in prizemljitev axis mundi. Jutranjo prakso joge zaklju\u010dim s 15 minutno meditacijo in se tako pripravim na dan poln izzivov.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pospravim posteljo. V\u0161e\u010d mi je, da je soba pospravljena in me \u010daka za po\u010ditek. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V miru pojem zajtrk v krogu svoje dru\u017eine. Ta \u010das se mi zdi izredno pomemben, pogovarjamo se kako smo spali in kako bomo pre\u017eiveli svoj dan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izognem se pregledu telefonskih sporo\u010dil in FB. To storim \u0161ele po zajtrku. Telefona in televizije v prostoru, kjer spim, ni. V spalnici se crkljamo, beremo, pogovarjamo in spimo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sredi dneva si, ne glede na vse obveznosti, vzamem \u010das za kosilo. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dnevno posku\u0161am biti v stiku z naravo, grem na kratek sprehod.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V posteljo odhajam najkasneje ob 22.30 uri. Pred spanjem molim in izra\u017eam hvale\u017enost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svoje rutine vidim kot sklop preventivnih ukrepov, ki vodijo v bolj uravnote\u017een \u017eivljenjski slog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bolj kot se dr\u017eim lastnih rutin, bolj na ljudeh opa\u017eam posledice nezdravega na\u010dina \u017eivljenja v obliki tesnobe, nizkega nivoja energije, nespe\u010dnosti, depresij ipd\u2026 \u017delim si usmerjati svojo dru\u017eino, \u00a0prijatelje in u\u010dence joge na sodelovanje z naravnimi cikli matere Zemlje. Da spet za\u010dnemo uporabljati logiko narave.
