Meditacija pa je tudi metoda za \u010di\u0161\u010denje energijskega telsa in uravnote\u017eenje \u010daker in tako izbolj\u0161uje intuicijo in intelekt. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>ENERGIJSKO TELO<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga nas u\u010di, da je \u010dlove\u0161ko telo sestavljeno iz ve\u010dih teles: \u00a0vidnega fizi\u010dnega telesa, energijskega telesa, umskega telesa, telesa modrosti in telesa bla\u017eenosti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V energijskem telesu obstaja na tiso\u010de energijskih kanalov, nadijev, ki so povezani preko energijskih centrov, tako imenovanih \u010daker. \u010cakre so kot neke vrste \u00a0elektrarne, ki so odgovorne za pravilno delovanje razli\u010dnih organov v telesu. Pozitivno razmi\u0161ljanje dobesedno neguje na\u0161o du\u0161o. Negativna \u010dustva in misli packajo avro in onesna\u017eijo na\u0161e \u010dakre in zaradi tega je na\u0161e po\u010dutje slabo. Pozitivne misli in \u010dustva ustvarjajo pomirjujo\u010de ob\u010dutke in pomirjujo\u010de delujejo na telo in duha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vse te tehnike so dandanes nekako nujno potrebne, posebej zaradi hitro spreminjajo\u010dega se na\u010dina \u017eivljenja. Prina\u0161ajo nam svobodo in notranji mir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaradi vi\u0161je ozave\u0161\u010denosti, ljudje dojamejo kako pomembno je u\u010denje samopomo\u010di, kako zdravilna je odprava vzorcev, ki nas bremenijo ter da je energijski nivo telesa na\u0161a lastna skrb in odgovornost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga je osebno praksa in kot taka daje odgovore na va\u0161a osebna vpra\u0161anja.
