Poleg tega imamo morda ob\u010dutek, da so se vsi razen nas imeli odli\u010dno. Eno najpogostej\u0161ih januarskih kramljanj je namre\u010d: <i>Kje si bil pa ti za Novo leto?<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Januarja od sebe pogosto pri\u010dakujemo preve\u010d. V bli\u0161\u010du praznikov smo opogumljeni od \u0161ampanjca sami sebi obljubili cel kup stvari, ki jih bomo naredili v novem letu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Za\u010dela bom telovaditi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Nehal bom kaditi. <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Shuj\u0161ala bom.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Kon\u010dno bom diplomiral.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Bolj var\u010dna bom z denarjem.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Nau\u010dil se bom Nem\u0161ko.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Na\u0161la bom ljubezen.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Bolje se bom razumela s svojim mo\u017eem.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Zamenjal bom slu\u017ebo.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Ne bom se ve\u010d prepirala z mamo &#8230; <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Skratka, januarja bomo postali povsem novi, bolj\u0161i ljudje. In potem smo razo\u010darani in jezni, ker nam ne uspe. Po\u010dutimo se kot navadne zgube. In to nam lahko precej pokvari razpolo\u017eenje. Pri tem pa ne pomislimo, da smo do sebe morda preve\u010d zahtevni. Ho\u010demo vse in to takoj. Velikokrat pozabljamo, da ima leto 12 mesecev in da nam ni treba \u017ee januarja izpolniti vseh novoletnih zaobljub.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"heading2\">Statistike ka\u017eejo, da novoletne zaobljube izpolnimo v le pribli\u017eno 8 odstotkih.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Razlog je verjetno ta, da si zadamo preve\u010d. Dovolj bi bila \u017ee ena sama zaobljuba. Ko \u010dlovek prebere cel seznam stvari, ki jih pri sebi ne mara, najbr\u017e ravno ne poka od\u00a0 energije in motivacije za spremembo, prej nasprotno. Osramo\u010den, ker se je spet pregre\u0161il in pojedel kos torte, obupan pose\u017ee \u0161e po drugem. Poleg tega smo pogosto nepotrpe\u017eljivi in obupamo, \u010de rezultat ne pride takoj. Morda se zaobljubimo zaradi ob\u010dutka krivde in ne iz resni\u010dne \u017eelje in potrebe. Pogosto si tudi nekaj zadamo, ne da bi si naredili podroben na\u010drt, kako bomo zadevo izvedli.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg tega od sebe zahtevamo najve\u010d, ravno takrat, ko imamo za to sezonsko gledano najslab\u0161e pogoje. \u010custveno smo iz\u010drpani od praznikov, pa tudi vreme nam bolj slabo pomaga. Januar je najve\u010dkrat mrzel, siv in meglen. Ne dobimo dovolj son\u010dne svetlobe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><span class=\"heading2\">Vsa narava pozimi po\u010diva, \u017eabe otrpnejo in medvedi spijo v svojih brlogih. Ljudje pa, kot da ne bi bili del narave, od sebe pri\u010dakujemo, da bomo izpolnili vse novoletne zaobljube. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Temu nujno sledi neuspeh in slaba volja. \u010ce bi se novo leto za\u010denjalo z marcem, bi nam bilo gotovo la\u017eje.<br \/>\nZato bi vam rada rekla, da bodite prizanesljivi do sebe. Poskrbite zase. Poskusite dobiti \u010dimve\u010d dnevne svetlobe. Vzemite si \u010das zase in za svoje najdra\u017eje. Po\u010dnite stvari, ki so vam v veselje. In nih\u010de ne pravi, da tudi januarja ne morete organizirati odli\u010dne zabave, ki je lahko veliko bolj\u0161a od tiste prisiljene novoletne.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce pa vam je prete\u017eko in si sami ne morete pomagati, ne oklevajte in si poi\u0161\u010dite pomo\u010d strokovnjaka.
