Omega 3 pomaga pri zmanj\u0161evanju ko\u017enih vnetij, ter zmanj\u0161anju znakov staranja tako v telesu kot na ko\u017ei. Losos je idealen tudi za ve\u010derjo. Vitamin C spodbuja proizvajanje kolagenskih vlaken v ko\u017ei, ki skrbijo, da je gladka, \u010dista in napeta.<\/p>\n<h2>AVOKADO:<\/h2>\n<p>Avokado vsebuje ogromno ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin, vitamina E in antioksidantov, zato bi moral biti avokado nepogre\u0161ljiv pri vseh, ki si \u017eelimo lepo, zdravo ko\u017eo.
