Ker so rastlinska olja v teko\u010di obliki, je za pridelovnje margarine potreben postopek hidrogenizacije, ki teko\u010da olja spremeni v trdne ma\u0161\u010dobe. Pri hidrogenizaciji nastanejo trans ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki so zdravju \u0161kodljive, saj vi\u0161ajo raven slabega in ni\u017eajo raven dobrega holesterola. S tem pove\u010dujejo tveganje za nastanek bolezni srca in o\u017eilja ter sladkorne bolezni.<\/p>\n<h2>PREDELANE MESNINE<\/h2>\n<p>Med predelane mesnine sodijo hrenovke, pa\u0161tete, salame, klobase&#8230;, ki vsebujejo majhen dele\u017e mesa a veliko ma\u0161\u010dob, klavnih odpadkov, soli in konzervansov. Visoka vsebnost nasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin dviguje raven slabega holesterola in posledi\u010dno vi\u0161je tveganje za nastanek sr\u010dno \u017eilnih bolezni ter mo\u017egansko kap. Nitriti v predelanih mesninah pa predstavljajo tveganje za nastanek raka.<\/p>\n<h2>MAJONEZA<\/h2>\n<p>Majoneza vsebuje kar 80% ma\u0161\u010dob in je prava kalori\u010dna bomba. Narejena je iz olja, jaj\u010dnega rumenjaka, kisa in soli ter vsebuje nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline ter holesterol.
