To je \u010das, ki je neponovljiv in edinstven. Nose\u010dnost pa je kljub vsemu \u0161ok za \u017eensko telo. Nose\u010dnica v nose\u010dnosti do\u017eivlja spremembe, ki jih telo ni navajeno, zato je dobro, da se bodo\u010da mamica dobro psihi\u010dno in fizi\u010dno pripravi na porod.\u00a0<\/span>Naporno obdobje pa je obdobje po porodu, ko takoj, ko mamica rodi, postane odgovorna za \u0161e eno \u017eivo bitje in nima \u010dasa, da bi sama okrevala. Pri tem je vsa priprava na nose\u010dnost in med nose\u010dnostjo \u0161e kako pomembna.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga je star sistem praks in znanj, ki po izvoru izhaja iz Indije. Vadba joge je koristna za vsakega posameznika, saj joga poskrbi za dober razteg telesa, umiritev misli, krepitev sklepov, vitalnost notranjih organov, za zdravje in dobro po\u010dutje pri vsakdanjih opravilih.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Okrevanje po porodu in kdaj pri\u010deti z vadbo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Okrevanje po porodu se razlikuje glede na sam porod in pripravljenost nose\u010dnice na rojstvo otroka. Pri tem ne smemo pozabiti tudi na genetiko, saj dolo\u010dene lastnosti so tudi dedne in pri nekaterih nimamo vpliva nanje. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porodi se razlikujejo. Koliko zgodb poznamo, ki so druga\u010dne v smislu tega, ali je porod bil hiter in lahek, te\u017eak in dolg, ali je nose\u010dnica imela carski rez, raztrganine, itd. Pri vsem tem je potrebno poslu\u0161ati nasvete osebnega ginekologa in osebnega zdravnika ter svoje telo. Po porodu je potrebno mirovati in po\u010divati nekje mesec dni do dva, tako da se umiri \u010di\u0161\u010da, da se maternica in vagina povrneta v prvotno stanje, kot je bilo pred porodom oziroma nose\u010dnostjo. Tu ni nekega pravila, kdaj \u017eenska lahko pri\u010dne z vadbo. Vse je odvisno od njenega zdravstvenega stanja in po\u010dutja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V tem \u010dasu pa je bolj pomemben stik z novorojen\u010dkom, ki mamico potrebuje bolje kot kadar koli. Zato se mamica naj v tem \u010dasu bolj prilagaja in posve\u010da dojen\u010dku in v prostem \u010dasu po\u010diva, da tudi sama pridobi novih mo\u010di za vsakodnevne napore.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Vadba joge in njeni pozitivni u\u010dinki<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga je vadba, ki je do telesa ne\u017ena in blagodejno vpliva na celotno telo in duha. Telesni polo\u017eaji ali asane poskrbijo, da se mi\u0161ice okrepijo, sklepi postanejo mo\u010dnej\u0161i in bolj gibljivi, kar prispeva k bolj\u0161i dr\u017ei, hrbet bo znova postal mo\u010den, s tem pa manj\u0161e bole\u010dine v hrbtenici. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolo\u010dene vaje poskrbijo za izbolj\u0161anje koordinacija in ravnote\u017eje, pri \u010demer telo postane ponovno vse bolj skladno in gibljivo. Vse to je izredno pomembno, saj se te\u017ei\u0161\u010de zaradi te\u017ee nose\u010dni\u0161kega trebu\u0161\u010dka spremeni. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga pripomore k izbolj\u0161anju prekrvavitve. Z dihalnimi vajami dihanje postaja bolj pravilno in poglobljeno. Imunski sistem se okrepi. Z vadbo joge torej vzpostavljamo ravnovesje na fizi\u010dnem in psihi\u010dnem podro\u010dju, kar zagotavlja la\u017eje prena\u0161anje sprememb v telesu, ki se odvijajo po porodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z \u00a0vadbo joge ohranjamo dobro telesno dr\u017eo, prepre\u010dujemo pojav inkontinence, ki je pogost pojav pri ve\u010dini \u017eensk. Pozornost je tudi namenjena trebu\u0161nim mi\u0161icam in mi\u0161icam medeni\u010dnega dna, ki so bistvenega pomena, saj so tudi med nose\u010dnostjo in porodom najbolj obremenjene. Poseben sistem dihanja okrepi globoke trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice, ki posledi\u010dno razbremenijo spodnje hrbtne mi\u0161ice in preventivno delujejo proti po\u0161kodbam in bole\u010dinam v kri\u017enem delu hrbta, saj je hrbet zaradi no\u0161enja novorojen\u010dka pod velikim udarom. Z jogo se razbremeni tudi bole\u010dina v nogah in rokah.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Dodatni napotki za mamice<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vadba naj poteka pod licenciranim in\u0161truktorjem ali u\u010diteljem joge, saj je pomembna intenziteta in pravilna izvedba polo\u017eajev.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vadba joge ne vpliva na mleko, je pa potrebno paziti, da se mamica pri vadbi ne utrudi preve\u010d, saj utrujenost lahko privede do izgube mleka in slab\u0161e po\u010dutje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pred vadbo je potreben posvet z ginekologom, ki spremlja mamico \u017ee med nose\u010dnostjo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dihalne tehnike naj se izvajajo vsak dan, \u010de je le mogo\u010de.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poslu\u0161ajte svoje telo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vadba joge je primerna za nose\u010dnice, a za\u010dnite po\u010dasi in pustite \u010dasu \u010das, saj je nose\u010dnost velik \u0161ok za \u017eensko telo.
