To se \u0161e posebej rado zgodi ljudem, ki so tudi brez decembrske mrzlice \u017ee na splo\u0161no nagnjeni k pogostim ob\u010dutenjem glavobola. Da bi se glavobolu zaradi alkohola izognila, je priporo\u010deno u\u017eivati le eno vrsto alkohola, pomembno pa je tudi, da skozi ve\u010der cel \u010das pije\u0161 vodo, kar bo tvoje telo ohranjalo dehidrirano, utegne pa celo prepre\u010diti pretirano vinjenost, saj bo\u0161 z ob\u010dasnimi pavzami z vodo imela nadzor nad koli\u010dino popitega alkohola.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prazni\u010dni glavobol zaradi prazni\u010dne hrane<\/h2>\n<p>Glasna glasba, utripajo\u010de lu\u010di in dekoracije ter mo\u010dne vonjave cigaretnega dima ali di\u0161e\u010dih sve\u010d lahko povzro\u010dijo migreno. Velika nevarnost na prazni\u010dnih zabavah pa je pravzaprav tudi hrana. Procesirano meso z visokimi vrednostmi sestavine nitrit, kot so na primer salame, prav tako lahko spro\u017eijo glavobol. Podobno je tudi s siri, ki vsebujejo tiramin, sestavino z enakim efektom. Glavobolom zaradi prazni\u010dne hrane se lahko izogne\u0161 tako, da vnos ponujene hrane malce omeji\u0161 ali pa se le izogne\u0161 omenjenim delikatesnim izdelkom.
