Ampak zakaj potem vse ve\u010d ljudi, ki imajo na videz vse, ob\u010duti notranjo praznino, zboli za depresijo, anksiozno motnjo ali kak\u0161no drugo boleznijo? <b>Ker so v hlastanju za <i><b>idealom<\/b><\/i> zanemarili katerega od \u0161tirih aspektov svoje \u010dlove\u0161ke biti.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u010clovek je kompleksno bitje, sestavljeno iz \u0161tirih osnovnih aspektov, ki so med seboj povezani. Vsak zase in vsi skupaj potrebujejo na\u0161o pozornost.<b>To so na\u0161e telo, \u010dustva, um in du\u0161a<\/b>. \u010ce si predstavljamo, da so to \u0161tirje in\u0161trumenti, ki skupaj tvorijo orkester, potem je jasno, da morajo igrati ubrano, v sozvo\u010dju, in nih\u010de ne sme preglasiti drugega. Vsi \u0161tirje aspekti pa so med seboj povezani in se prekrivajo, tako da je spodnja delitev pravzaprav umetna.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"plain\"><span class=\"heading2\"><b>Telo<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u00bbTelo je snovni del \u017eivih bitij, ki ga razlikujemo od du\u0161e, osebnosti ali obna\u0161anja\u00ab (Wikipedija).<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Ne pravijo zaman, da je na\u0161e fizi\u010dno telo na\u0161 tempelj, saj v njem prebivamo. Ni treba, da je <i>popolno<\/i> po nekih od zunaj vsiljenih merilih. Pomembno je, da se v njem dobro po\u010dutimo. V zanemarjenem bivali\u0161\u010du se najbr\u017e ne bi po\u010dutili dobro, podobno je s telesom. Preko telesa komuniciramo z zunanjim svetom in sami s seboj. Telo nam posreduje informacije, ki prihajajo od zunaj in iz nas samih. Lahko gre za preproste signale kot sta u\u017eitek in bole\u010dina, pa tudi kompleksnej\u0161e, kot je intuicija<b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u00bbTelo si vse zapomni, tu so vsebovani vsi boji in hrepenjenja, ki postavljajo \u010dloveka v odnos do sebe in z drugim\u00ab (Goste\u010dnik 2012). <b>Zato prisluhnimo svojemu telesu in povedalo nam bo, kaj potrebuje.<\/b> \u010ce na\u0161e telesne potrebe ostajajo kroni\u010dno nezadovoljene, se bo to izrazilo z dolo\u010denimi simtomi; fizi\u010dnimi ali psihosomatskimi.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"plain\"><span class=\"heading2\"><b>\u010custva<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u010custva so du\u0161evni procesi s katerimi izra\u017eamo odnos do vsega, kar nas obdaja in do sebe. Poznamo enostavna \u010dustva (veselje, \u017ealost, jeza, strah, gnus, presene\u010danje) in sestavljena \u010dustva (ljubezen, ljubosumje, sram, ob\u017ealovanje &#8230;). \u00a0\u010custva so telesni odraz na\u0161ih misli, saj se pojavijo tam, kjer se um in telo sre\u010data. Ko nas je strah, na\u0161e telo drhti, ko smo \u017ealostni nas boli srce ipd. S tem pa izgubimo velik in pomemben del sebe. Na\u0161 razum nam slu\u017ei tudi kot obramba pred \u010dustveno bole\u010dino, kar je do neke mere seveda dobro. Nevarno postane, kadar so te obrambe premo\u010dne in posledi\u010dno postanemo za\u010dasno odrezani od svojih \u010dustev.<b> \u010custva nas med drugim opozarjajo na na\u0161e resni\u010dne potrebe, ki tako ostajajo nezadovoljene. Takrat nismo svobodni, saj postanemo su\u017enji lastnih misli. <b>Najbolj neobremenjeni in svobodni smo takrat, kadar je na\u0161 um prost in smo v z mislimi le tukaj in sedaj. \u0160ele tako lahko v polnosti \u017eivimo sedanji trenutek, tako kot to spontano po\u010dnejo majhni otroci in \u017eivali.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">V\u010dasih se poistovetimo s svojimi mislimi do te mere, da mislimo, da smo mi in na\u0161e misli eno. V resnici pa smo mnogo ve\u010d. Kam grem?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u010ce v \u017eivljenju ne najdemo pravega smisla, se zdi vse na\u0161e po\u010detje jalovo, prazno. Ker \u017eivimo v dru\u017ebi, ki jo je zaznamovala kriza smisla, ve\u010dkrat ob\u010dutimo notranjo praznino. Zato i\u0161\u010demo nadomestke v \u010dutnih u\u017eitkih, kopi\u010denju materialnih dobrin, kultu lepega in zdravega telesa, raznih odvisnostih itd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Vpra\u0161ajte se, kaj resni\u010dno potrebujete.
