Beseda joga izhaja iz jezika sanskrt in pomeni zdru\u017eevati oziroma povezovati um in telo. Na zahodu je zlasti raz\u0161irjena hatha joga, pri kateri je najve\u010dji poudarek na telesnih polo\u017eajih, tako imenovanih asanah, s katerimi krepimo mi\u0161ice in sklepe ter raztezamo telo, \u010demur sledi spro\u0161\u010danje. Gre za celovit sistem, ki u\u010di, kako povezati um, duha in telo, tako da dose\u017eemo notranji mir in ravnovesje v telesu. Praksa joge izredno dobro vpliva tudi na bodo\u010de mamice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vsako obdobje nose\u010dnosti ima svoj \u010dar, ki jih zaznamujejo razli\u010dne potrebe nose\u010dnice in razvijajo\u010dega se dojen\u010dka. Dobro je, da ste s temi potrebami seznanjene in si pomagate prebroditi tudi nose\u010dni\u0161ke te\u017eave, ki vas pestijo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Za koga je primerna?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga je vadba, ki je primerna tudi za nose\u010dnice in je namenjena vsem nose\u010dnicam, ne glede na to, v katerem obdobju nose\u010dnosti bodo\u010da mamica je, vendar se vadba med nose\u010dnostjo prilagaja zdravstvenemu stanju in potrebam nose\u010dnice. Pomembna je dodatna pazljivost v prvem trimese\u010dju, \u0161e posebej za \u017eenske po tridesetem letu. Takrat je potrebno, da nose\u010dnica izvaja vaje malce bolj previdno in se izogiba pretiranemu naporu. Isto velja za nose\u010dnico, ki ji je slabo in je omoti\u010dna, zato naj v prvem trimese\u010dju raje po\u010diva in se udele\u017ei vadbe v drugem trimese\u010dju. Za \u017eenske z rizi\u010dno nose\u010dnostjo je vadba joge, v smislu asan, odsvetovana in lahko uporabljajo za svoje priprave na porod dihalne tehnike, tehnike spro\u0161\u010danja in informacije o meditaciji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primerna je tako za za\u010detnice, kot tudi za predhodno aktivne bodo\u010de mamice. Pomembno je tudi, kako aktivne so bile nose\u010dnice \u00a0pred samo nose\u010dnostjo, saj tiste, ki so bile \u017ee prej \u0161portno aktivne, na splo\u0161no zmorejo ve\u010d, kot tiste bodo\u010de mamice, ki prej niso bile. Za za\u010detnice \u00a0je vadba dodatno prilagojena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kot sem izpostavila \u017ee na za\u010detku, pa je izredno pomembno, da se vadbe nose\u010dnica loti skrbno in premi\u0161ljeno. Izredno priporo\u010dam vadbo pod nadzorom izobra\u017eenih in licenciranih \u00a0in\u0161truktorjev joge, ki bodo skrbno pazili na nose\u010dnico med vadbo. Pri tem izpostavljam, da je za nose\u010dnice najbolje, da se udele\u017eijo vadb, ki so namenjene prav njim, in sicer joga za nose\u010dnice. Pred vadbo je potrebno obvestiti ginekologa, ki ves \u010das spremlja razvoj in zdravstveno stanje otro\u010dka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Udobje, ugodje in dobro po\u010dutje so glavni pri vadbi nose\u010dnice, saj mora \u017eenska ves \u010das paziti na svoje zdravje in na zdravje otroka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/zdravje\/nosecnost-in-porod\/joga-poskrbi-za-odlicno-psihicno-in-fizicno-pripravljenost-bodoce-mamice\/galerija\/ana-devayani-kersnik\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-250348\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-250348\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/files\/2015\/12\/ana-devayani-kersnik-660x524.jpg\" alt=\"ana devayani kersnik\" width=\"660\" height=\"524\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>Koristni u\u010dinki joge za bodo\u010de mamice<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telesni polo\u017eaji ali asane poskrbijo, da se mi\u0161ice okrepijo, sklepi postanejo mo\u010dnej\u0161i in bolj gibljivi, kar prispeva k bolj\u0161i dr\u017ei, pri pove\u010danju trebu\u0161\u010dka bo hrbet ostal mo\u010den, s tem pa manj\u0161e bole\u010dine v hrbtenici. Z dolo\u010denimi vajami se izbolj\u0161ata tudi \u00a0koordinacija in ravnote\u017eje, pri \u010demer telo postane vse bolj skladno in gibljivo. Vse to je izredno pomembno, saj se te\u017ei\u0161\u010de zaradi te\u017ee nose\u010dni\u0161kega trebu\u0161\u010dka spremeni. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga pripomore k izbolj\u0161anju prekrvavitve. Z dihalnimi vajami dihanje postaja bolj pravilno in poglobljeno. Imunski sistem se okrepi. Z vadbo joge torej vzpostavljamo ravnovesje na fizi\u010dnem in psihi\u010dnem podro\u010dju, kar zagotavlja la\u017eje prena\u0161anje nose\u010dni\u0161kih tegob in lep\u0161o nose\u010dnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z \u00a0vadbo joge ohranjamo dobro telesno dr\u017eo, prepre\u010dujemo pojav inkontinence. Pozornost je tudi namenjena trebu\u0161nim mi\u0161icam in mi\u0161icam medeni\u010dnega dna, ki so bistvenega pomena, saj so tudi med nose\u010dnostjo in porodom najbolj obremenjene. Poseben sistem dihanja okrepi globoke trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice, ki posledi\u010dno razbremenijo spodnje hrbtne mi\u0161ice in preventivno delujejo proti po\u0161kodbam in bole\u010dinam v kri\u017enem delu hrbta. Z jogo se razbremeni tudi bole\u010dina v nogah, s \u010dimer se omili zatekanje nog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/zdravje\/nosecnost-in-porod\/joga-poskrbi-za-odlicno-psihicno-in-fizicno-pripravljenost-bodoce-mamice\/galerija\/sp1_4160-2-edit\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-250350\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-250350\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/files\/2015\/12\/sp1_4160-2-edit-660x440.jpg\" alt=\"SP1_4160 2-Edit\" width=\"660\" height=\"440\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>Potek vadbe<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vadba se navadno pri\u010dne s petjem manter ali ogrevalnimi vajami, pozdravom soncu in dihalnimi tehnikami. Nato si izberete sklop asan, ki va\u0161emu telesu in po\u010dutju najbolj ustrezajo. Vadba se kon\u010da s spro\u0161\u010danjem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asane so telesni polo\u017eaji, ki jih izvajamo med jogo. Razlikujejo se po te\u017eavnosti, namenu in izvedbi, in sicer poskrbijo za odli\u010den razteg telesa, mo\u010d, hormonsko ravnovesje, koordinacijo, koncentracijo, ravnote\u017eje. Dolo\u010dene asane poskrbijo za umirjanje in spro\u0161\u010danje, recimo savasana ali polo\u017eaj mrtveca, v katerem telo sprostimo na koncu vadbe.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Dihalne tehnike<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pranajama je poimenovanje za dihalne tehnike, s katerimi je dihanje pod nadzorom. Sli\u0161i se nenavadno, saj je dihanje nekaj tako naravnega in nenadzorovanega, a ima pri jogi poseben pomen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S pranajamo se pove\u010dujejo \u017eivljenjska mo\u010d, umske zmogljivosti in zavedanje. S spreminjanjem dihanja spreminjamo vpliv razpolo\u017eenja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zavestno dihanje o\u010disti dihalne poti in prina\u0161a celicam ve\u010d kisika, kar omogo\u010da hitrej\u0161e procese v telesu in bolj\u0161o regeneracijo. S pranajamo se pove\u010dujejo tudi umske zmogljivosti in zavedanje. Bolj ko je pravilen in poglobljen dih, bolj\u0161e je po\u010dutje in telo bolj zdravo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Med dihalne tehnike sodi tudi slednja, in sicer <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tehnika \u010di\u0161\u010denja nadijev ali Nadi Shodhana<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dihalna tehnika poskrbi za skladnost med desno in levo polovico mo\u017eganov in telesa. Vaja \u010disti dihalne poti in energijske kanale, kar vpliva na pretok energije. Na koncu izvedbe te vaje bo\u0161 ob\u010dutila prijeten ob\u010dutek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izvedba: Sedi\u0161 v Osnovnem sede\u010dem polo\u017eaju, v Lotosu. Poravna\u0161 \u00a0hrbet. Glava je rahlo dvignjena navzgor. Leva roka po\u010diva na kolenu v polo\u017eaju \u010din mudre (palec in kazalec skupaj). Desna roka je pokr\u010dena; komolec je v vi\u0161ini ramena. Blazinico desnega palca polo\u017ei\u0161 na koren nosu tik nad desno nosnico, konico desnega prstanca pa na koren tik nad levo nosnico. Polo\u017eaj mezinca je ob prstancu. Kazalec in sredinec pa polo\u017ei\u0161 kar med obrvi. Izvede\u0161 sedem krogov. Vzdihne\u0161 skozi desno nosnico, nato izdihne\u0161 skozi levo, a desno zapre\u0161. Nato sledi vdih skozi levo in izdih skozi desno. Ko bo\u0161 obvladala tehniko, podalj\u0161a\u0161 trajanje diha: npr. na tri, \u0161tiri itd. Takrat je potrebno po\u010diti in nadaljevati kasneje. V primeru krvavitve je nujen obisk pri ginekologu. \u010ce se vaje izvajajo po\u010dasi in se poskrbi za prijeten ob\u010dutek, bo joga pomagala pri nose\u010dni\u0161kih te\u017eavah in pripravila bodo\u010do mamico na porod.
