Lakota zaredi slabih ogljikovih hidratov<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Predelani ogljikovi hidrati, kot so recimo bel kruh, bel ri\u017e in kosmi\u010di z malo vlakninami, so slabi zate, saj le za kratek \u010das dvignejo nivo sladkorja v krvi, torej dajejo kratkotrajni ob\u010dutek sitosti, nato pa jih telo hitro prebavi, zato smo kmalu spet zelo la\u010dni, ko raven sladkorja v krvi pade. Zato so bolj\u0161a izbira izdelki iz ponozrnate moke in \u017eitaric, ki imajo visok glikemi\u010dni indeks.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Lakota zaradi premalo volumna<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nekatere teorije pravijo, da je ob\u010dutek sitosti bolj kot od koli\u010dine kalorij, ki jih zau\u017eijemo, odvisen od volumna hrane, ki jo zau\u017eijemo. \u010ce torej jemo visokokalori\u010dna \u017eivila, kot so recimo \u010dips, pi\u0161koti, hamburgerji in ocvrt krompir\u010dek, zau\u017eijemo ogromno kalorij, a malo koli\u010dine. Premalo beljakovin kot vzrok lakote<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Beljakovine najbolj nasitijo \u010dloveka in tudi za dlje \u010dasa, tako bolj kot ogljikovi hidrati kot ma\u0161\u010dobe. Vendar pa je u\u010dinek najbolj\u0161i, \u010de si obroke beljakovin razporedimo \u010dez dan in se jih najemo maksimalno v enem obroku. Zato si porcije pi\u0161\u010danca, ribe, soje ali tofuja razporedi \u010dez dan, da bodo glavni del vsaj dveh obrokov.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4.\u00a0Dehidracija kot ob\u010dutek lakote<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ob\u010dutek \u017eeje ob dehidraciji lahko v\u010dasih zamenjamo za <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ob\u010dutek lakote<\/span>. \u010ce si torej la\u010dna, pa na\u010deloma ne bi smela biti, ker si se nedolgo nazaj najedla, poskusi najprej le spiti kozarec ali dva vode in morda bo ob\u010dutek lakote oziroma \u017eelje po hrani izginil.
