Prebudijo se vse \u010dakre, energija za\u010dne te\u010di, zato smo bolj budni, \u017eivahni, lep\u0161i, po\u017eeljivi, predvsem pa pomlajeni. Pomagajo tudi pri splo\u0161nem zdravju; ljudje, ki redno izvajajo tibetan\u010dke pravijo, da niso nikoli prehlajeni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaje <\/strong>je najbolje izvajati zjutraj, pred zajtrkom, saj nas napolnijo z energijo za ves dan, pa tudi kave morda ne bomo ve\u010d pogre\u0161ali. Pred za\u010detkom vadbe se je dobro ogreti z obi\u010dajnimi ogrevalnimi vajami, da bomo bolj gibljivi in bomo izklju\u010dili mo\u017enost po\u0161kodb. Vsakega izmed 5 <strong>tibetanskih obredov <\/strong>ponovimo 21-krat. To \u0161tevilko je dobro dose\u010di postopoma, tudi \u010de ste sicer zelo \u0161portni, saj <strong>tibetan\u010dki <\/strong>spro\u017eijo procese \u010di\u0161\u010denja v telesu, in \u010de se to zgodi zelo hitro, je lahko precej naporno. Za\u010dnite torej s 3 ponovitvami, ki jim vsak teden (ali poljubno dalj\u0161e \u010dasovno obdobje) dodajte \u0161e 3, dokler ne pridete do \u0161tevilke 21. Da bi dosegli vse pozitivne u\u010dinke pa je treba biti pri vadbi zelo reden, vadite torej vsak dan. \u010ce to zaradi bolezni ali kakega drugega razloga ni mogo\u010de, jih ponovite vsaj v mislih.<\/p>\n<h2>Prvi tibetan\u010dek<\/h2>\n<p><a class=\"attachment-link\" title=\"5 tibetanskih obredov za dvig spolne sle 5 od 5\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/pomanjkanje-spolne-zelje\/5-tibetanskih-obredov-za-dvig-spolne-sle\/galerija\/5-tibetanskih-obredov-za-dvig-spolne-sle-5-od-5\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-large\" title=\"5 tibetanskih obredov za dvig spolne sle 5 od 5\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/files\/2012\/08\/fig1-1-504x660.jpg\" alt=\"5 tibetanskih obredov za dvig spolne sle 5 od 5\" width=\"403\" height=\"528\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pri prvi <strong>vaji <\/strong>se vrtimo okoli svoje osi, tako kot otroci\u00a0ali dervi\u0161i. Vedno se vrtimo v smeri urnega kazalca; predstavljajte si, da je ura na tleh. Stojimo vzravnani z raz\u0161irjenimi rokami, gledamo predse. Izberemo si orientacijsko to\u010dko, ki nam pomaga pri \u0161tetju obratov, pa tudi pri ohranjanju ravnote\u017eja: v izbrano to\u010dko glejte kolikor dolgo morete, ne da bi obrnili glavo; glavo zasu\u010dete \u0161ele, ko res ne gre druga\u010de. Vrtite se dovolj po\u010dasi, kontorlirano in pazite, da boste imeli dovolj prostora, \u010de bi vas zaneslo. Pred za\u010detkom <strong>vaje <\/strong>globoko izdihnemo. Ob vdihu hkrati dvignemo glavo kot bi se hoteli z brado pribli\u017eati prsnici in stegnjene noge; noge naj bodo pravokotne na telo. \u010ce vam dvig nog predstavlja te\u017eave, lahko za za\u010detek dvigujete rahlo pokr\u010dene. Ob izdihu hkrati spustimo glavo in noge v za\u010detni polo\u017eaj. Gibanje bo s\u010dasoma postalo vse bolj teko\u010de. Pred vajo izdihnemo, pri tem spustimo brado proti prsnici. Sledi globok vdih, pri katerem se glava dvigne, trup se nagne nazaj, pri tem mo\u010dno stisnemo zadnji\u010dne mi\u0161ice in mi\u0161ice medeni\u010dnega dna, roke pa so\u010dasno potujejo nazaj, kot bi hoteli preveriti, ali so mi\u0161ice zadnjice res napete. Nato se z izdihom vrnite v izhodi\u0161\u010dni polo\u017eaj. Pred <strong>vajo <\/strong>ogrejte zapestja z ne\u017enim kro\u017eenjem z dlanmi. Sedimo na tleh, z nogami iztegnjenimi v \u0161irini bokov, dlani so ob bokih uprte ob tla, prsti gledajo naprej. Ob izdihu spustimo glavo k prsnici. Z vdihom dvignemo medenico od tal, kolena se pokr\u010dijo. Roke in goleni so navpi\u010dne, trup in stegnenice pa vodoravni. Te\u017eo naj nosijo roke in noge, glava naj spro\u0161\u010deno pade nazaj. Z izdihom se vrnemo v izhodi\u0161\u010dni polo\u017eaj s predklonom glave. <strong>Vajo <\/strong>je vsekakor la\u017eje narediti, kot opisati.<\/p>\n<h2>Peti tibetan\u010dek<\/h2>\n<p><a class=\"attachment-link\" title=\"5 tibetanskih obredov za dvig spolne sle 4 od 5\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/pomanjkanje-spolne-zelje\/5-tibetanskih-obredov-za-dvig-spolne-sle\/galerija\/5-tibetanskih-obredov-za-dvig-spolne-sle-4-od-5\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-large\" title=\"5 tibetanskih obredov za dvig spolne sle 4 od 5\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/files\/2012\/08\/dog-492x660.jpg\" alt=\"5 tibetanskih obredov za dvig spolne sle 4 od 5\" width=\"394\" height=\"528\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le\u017eimo na trebuhu, dlani so na tleh v vi\u0161ini ramen, noge \u0161ir\u0161e od \u0161irine bokov, prsti so spodviti. S \u010delom se dotikamo tal. Globoko izdihnemo. Ob vdihu dvignemo trup, tako da vzravnani slonimo na iztegnjenih rokah; hrbet uslo\u010dimo in nagnemo glavo nazaj, da se vrat povsem iztegne. Nato dvignemo medenico, da s telesom tvorimo obliko narobe obrnjene \u010drke V, pete potisnemo proti tlom. Roke in noge so ves \u010das iztegnjene. Med izdihom medenico spustimo proti tlom, a se jih ne dotaknemo, glavo dvignemo in pogledamo navzgor.
