Polne motivacije se vpi\u0161emo v lokalni fitnes in si kupimo najnovej\u0161o telovadno opremo. Po prvem obisku smo \u0161e polne volje in energije, nato pa po\u010dasi za\u010dnemo iskati izgovore za izpu\u0161\u010danje treningov. Ne mine veliko \u010dasa, ko svojo najlep\u0161o trenirko uporabljamo le \u0161e pri pospravljanju stanovanja. Navedli bomo nekaj najpogostej\u0161ih izgovorov za prenehanje vadbe in vam pomagali pridobiti motivacijo za nadeljevanje treningov.<\/p>\n<h2>Po dolgem dnevu smo preutrujene<\/h2>\n<p>Ko po delovnem dnevu pridemo domov in po tem, ko opravimo \u0161e s kopico doma\u010dih opravil, se najraje zleknemo na kav\u010d. \u017de samo misel na fitnes nam je obremenjujo\u010da. Svoj trening razdelite na dva dela. Prvi dan trenirajte spodnji del telesa, drugi dan zgornji del. Tako boste vsaj malo razbile monotonost. Za dodatno motivacijo tekmujte same s seboj. Program vaj si napi\u0161ite na listek, kamor vpisujte tudi,\u00a0 koliko ponovitev ste zmogle. Vsaki\u010d si dajte izziv, da se boste premagale in povi\u0161ale \u0161tevilo ponovitev.
