Jogo uporabljam kot pomagalo pri spreminjanju sebe, svojega mnenja o sebi. S prakso dosegam vsak dan bolj\u0161o izvedbo same sebe. Postajam sama sebi vsak dan bolj\u0161a prijateljica. Nenehno delo na sebi zahteva nenehno pozornost. Ostajati \u017eelim v nenehnem stiku s seboj in si ne dovolim upada nivoja ljubezni do sebe.<\/p>\n<p>Rada opazujem svoje u\u010dence in ko jim predlagam naj se za\u010dnejo obravnavati z ljubeznijo, naj pohvalijo svoje telo, svoje zdravje, so zelo presene\u010deni. Postanimo pozorni na svoje telo in na razmi\u0161ljanje o sebi. To je prvi korak, ki vodi v razbijanje lastnih negativnih prepri\u010danj, do spoznanja, da negativni samogovori niso resnica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Odlo\u010dimo se, da o sebi na bomo ve\u010d razmi\u0161ljali negativno.<\/strong>\u00a0Moramo se odlo\u010diti, da ne bomo dovolili umu nenehno ponavljati kako nepopolni smo. Za vedno opustimo lastna obsojanja in negativne kritike. \u00a0Preko prakse joge ugotovimo, da se lahko hitro nau\u010dimo novih postavitev, da smo se sposobni hitro prilagajati, vse to prenesimo v odnos do sebe. In da ob redni praksi za vedno ostane tako. Prav tako\u00a0 z redno vajo spremenimo svoje mnenje o sebi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Postanimo hvale\u017eni za vse, kar zmore na\u0161e telo.<\/strong>\u00a0Z redno prakso ugotovimo, da je na\u0161e telo odli\u010dno orodje, da zmore veliko in smo mu za to hvale\u017eni.
