Preve\u010d spanja<\/h2>\n<p>Ve\u010dina se nas \u010dez teden ne naspi dovolj, zato radi \u010dez vikend malo \u201epotegnemo\u201c (razen, \u010de imamo malo \u017eivo budilko). \u010ce \u010dez teden spimo po \u0161est ur, v soboto in nedeljo pa deset ali ve\u010d, se bomo najbr\u017e zbudili z glavobolom, to pa zato, ker med spancem dihamo bolj po\u010dasi in tako ne izdihnemo dovolj ogljikovega dioksida. Poleg vi\u0161ka ogljikovega dioksida lahko glavobol povzro\u010di tudi to, da ste presko\u010dili svoj obi\u010dajni \u010das za kavo. Ljudje, ki preve\u010d spijo, so nagnjeni k depresiji, sr\u010dnim obolenjem in celo prezgodnji smrti. \u010ce imate ves \u010das ob\u010dutek, da se ne morete naspati, se posvetujte z zdravnikom.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">2. Najbolj \u201enevarne\u201c pa so v tem pogledu energijske plo\u0161\u010dice. Hiperavitaminoza pa se ka\u017ee v izpadanju las, obrvi, hrapavi ko\u017ei in razpokanih ustnicah. Vsekakor se je najbolje zana\u0161ati na vitamine, ki so naravno prisotni v \u017eivilih.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">3. Preve\u010d telovadbe<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ceprav ves \u010das poudarjamo, kako koristna je telesna vadba za ohranjanje zdravja in lepe postave, pa je lahko pretiravanje \u0161kodljivo. \u0160e posebej so \u201ev nevarnosti\u201c za\u010detniki pri neki obliki vadbe (ali pri telovadbi nasploh). Ker se stvari lotevajo s preve\u010d entuziazma in radi pretiravajo, hitro pride do po\u0161kodb. Pred telovadbo se vedno dobro ogrejte, izberite pa tak\u0161no vrsto vadbe, ki vam bo \u0161e dolgo v\u0161e\u010d in ne boste razmi\u0161ljali le o tem, da bi radi \u201e\u010dim prej opravili s tem\u201c. Tudi, ko se udele\u017eite skupinske vadbe, morate \u0161e vedno poslu\u0161ati svoje telo in se ustaviti, \u010de \u010dutite, da ne zmorete nadaljevati.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">4. Ali so te vlaknine res enako koristne kot naravno prisotne, \u0161e ni znano, pogosto pa lahko povzro\u010dajo vetrove in imajo odvajalni u\u010dinek, \u010de pretiravate z njimi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">5. Prepogosto umivanje zob<\/h2>\n<p>Zobna higiena je seveda zelo pomembna za ohranjanje zdravih zob in dlesni, pokvarjeni zobje pa negativno vplivajo tudi na sr\u010dne bolezni in diabetes. Vendar pa je tudi pretiravanje z umivanjem zob lahko \u0161kodljivo, saj lahko abrazivne snovi v vseh zobnih pastah (ne le v \u201ewhitening\u201c zobnih pastah!) po\u0161kodujejo zobno sklenino, premo\u010dno krta\u010denje pa po\u0161koduje dlesni. Prava mera \u0161\u010detkanja zob je dva- do trikrat dnevno s koli\u010dino zobne paste v velikosti grahovega zrna. Uporabljajte \u0161\u010detko z mehkimi ali srednje mehkimi \u0161\u010detinami.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Preve\u010d higiene<\/h2>\n<p>Prav tako kot prepogosto umivanje zob, je tudi prepogosto umivanje obraza, rok in telesa lahko \u0161kodljivo za ko\u017eo, \u0161e posebej, \u010de pri tem uporabljamo mo\u010dna mila in zelo vro\u010do vodo. Obraz naj bi si umili dvakrat dnevno, prhali naj se ne bi ve\u010d kot dvakrat dnevno, pri tem pa je najbolje uporabiti \u010dimbolj ne\u017eno in naravno milo.
