Tako direktorji velikih podjetij, njihovi zaposleni kot tudi mamice in upokojenci, poro\u010dajo o stresu, ki jim uni\u010duje vsakdan. Ko nas stres, ki se sicer pojavlja ob\u010dasno, za\u010dne mu\u010diti redno in preko dalj\u0161ega \u010dasovnega obdobja, ko ne najdemo ve\u010d na\u010dina za sprostitev in po\u010ditek za regeneracijo, pa je govora o kroni\u010dnem stresu, ki predstavlja zelo veliko in resno obremenitev za na\u0161e zdravje.<\/p>\n<h2>Vzroki za (trajni) kroni\u010dni stres<\/h2>\n<p>Med psihi\u010dne in telesne obremenitve, t.i. stresorje, ki lahko povzro\u010dajo kroni\u010dni stres modernega \u010dloveka, ki je dnevno dejansko \u00bbbombardiran\u00ab z razli\u010dnih strani, \u0161tejemo med drugim nepravilno prehrano (tudi cigarete in alkohol), premalo gibanja, preplavljanje z dra\u017eljaji, pomanjkanje spanca, visoke zahteve v poklicu, dru\u017eini ali v \u0161oli.<\/p>\n<h2>Kako prepoznamo simptome kroni\u010dnega stresa?<\/h2>\n<p>Zaradi nenehnih obremenitev je na\u0161e telo v stalnem stanju pripravljenosti. Pokazatelji kroni\u010dnega stresa so ve\u010dstranski, nekatere je la\u017ee identificirati kot druge in se razlikujejo od bolnika do bolnika. Zna\u010dilni simptomi kroni\u010dnega stresa so nemir, utrujenost, iz\u010drpanost, depresija, razdra\u017eenost (agresivnost), motnje spanca, nerazumljive bojazni in tegobe, glavoboli (migrenski napadi), te\u017eave s srcem, driska, nadra\u017eena ko\u017ea, alergije, bole\u010dine v \u017eelodcu in hrbtu. Ljudje pod kroni\u010dnim stresom pa tudi ve\u010dkrat zapadejo v prekomerno u\u017eivanje alkohola ali drog in imajo te\u017eave s sprejemanjem odlo\u010ditev.<\/p>\n<h2>Kroni\u010dni stres pospe\u0161uje staranje<\/h2>\n<p>Posledice kroni\u010dnega stresa so vse kaj drugo kot nedol\u017ene. Bolniki so pogosteje nagnjeni k poapnenju \u017eil in z njim povezano kapjo in sr\u010dnim infarktom. Najsodobnej\u0161e raziskave s tega podro\u010dja pa celo navajajo, da kroni\u010dni stres pospe\u0161uje proces staranja. Nadledvi\u010dne \u017eleze proizvajajo stresni hormon kortizol, ko smo \u00bbpod gasom\u00ab, ta pove\u010da krvni tlak in koli\u010dino sladkorja v krvi in posledi\u010dno v mo\u017eganih. Trajno povi\u0161an nivo sladkorja zaradi stresa pa deluje na telo destruktivno kot sladkorna bolezen.<\/p>\n<h2>Kako prepre\u010diti kroni\u010dni stres?<\/h2>\n<p>Da za dnevni zagon in razvoj potreben stres ne bi postal zdravju \u0161kodljiv, je pomembno, da fazam napetosti redno sledijo faze sprostitve. Mir, po\u010ditek, kratki odmori, dihalne vaje, kratek opoldanski spanec za \u010drpanje nove energije ter sprememba rutine, ki nas spremlja na delovnem mestu, v \u0161oli ali doma, lahko pomagajo proti razvoju stanja kroni\u010dnega stresa.
