Vsi vemo, da je skorajda nemogo\u010de opravljati vsakodnevne obveznosti in intenzivno telovaditi, \u010de nam vseskozi kruli v \u017eelodcu. Zato je pomembno, da med huj\u0161anjem posegamo po hrani z visokim volumnom in nizko kalori\u010dno vrednostjo. Raziskave so pokazale, da ima na ob\u010dutek sitosti najve\u010dji vpliv prav volumen hrane in ne kalorije.<\/p>\n<h2>Primerjava hrane z nizkim in visokim volumnom<\/h2>\n<p>Primerjali bomo \u0161pagete s stro\u010djim fi\u017eolom. 100g \u0161pagetov vsebuje pribli\u017eno 70 g ogljikovih hidratov. 100 g stro\u010djega fi\u017eola pa le 7 g, od katerih je pribli\u017eno polovica vlaknin. Da zau\u017eijemo enako vrednost ogljikovih hidratov, lahko pojemo 10x ve\u010d stro\u010djega fi\u017eola kot \u0161pagetov. Verjemite, da boste od velike koli\u010dine fi\u017eola veliko bolj site kot od majhne koli\u010dine \u0161pagetov. Dodatni plus je \u0161e v tem, da boste s stro\u010djim fi\u017eolom pojedle posodo zdravja, \u010desar za \u0161pagete z bolonjsko omako ne moremo trditi.<\/p>\n<h2>Katero hrano priporo\u010damo?<\/h2>\n<p>Zelenjavo in beljakovine. Vendar je potrebno vedeti, da ni vsa zelenjava in beljakovinska hrana priporo\u010dljiva. Pri zelenjavi se izogibajmo koruzi, fi\u017eolu v zrnju in krompirju, ostalo zelenjavo lahko brez skrbi u\u017eivate v velikih koli\u010dinah. Pri hrani bogati z beljakovinami, je potrebne malce ve\u010d pazljivosti.
