Edina stvar, ki stoji med tabo in tvojimi sanjami, so ravno ta omejujo\u010da prepri\u010dnja, ki jih goji\u0161.<\/p>\n<h2>Bodi sre\u010dna in hvale\u017ena za stvari, ki jih ima\u0161<\/h2>\n<p>Bodi to pa tisto in tretje, nehaj se prito\u017eevati, misli pozitivno,&#8230; Vse vemo, da moramo biti sre\u010dne, vemo, da moramo misliti pozitivno, vemo, da moramo biti hvale\u017ene za stvari, ki jih imamo in vemo, da se moramo nehati smiliti samim sebi. Klju\u010dno pa je vpra\u0161anje KAKO? Verjetno se tudi ti to spra\u0161uje\u0161 in si jezno nerga\u0161, da ti vedno vsi nekaj svetujejo, nih\u010de pa ti ne pove kako. Spra\u0161uje\u0161 se tudi, zakaj sama ve\u0161, da mora\u0161 biti vse to, pa ti nikakor ne uspeva? Zdaj si zagotovo misli\u0161, da \u010de drugim uspeva, tebi pa ne, potem je zagotovo nekaj narobe s tabo. \u010cas je, da odkrije\u0161 omejujo\u010da prepri\u010danja. Te majhne po\u0161asti, ki napolnijo vse proste koti\u010dke na\u0161ega razuma s hrepenenjem, strahom, zaskrbljenostjo in skrbjo. V bistvu so to vse negativne misli in \u010dustvene blokade, ki si jih sprejela kot dejstvo. Na\u0161a prepri\u010danja so tista, ki kreirajo na\u0161e navade.<\/p>\n<h2>\u017divljenje, ki ga \u017eivi\u0161 danes, temelji na vseh prepri\u010danjih in navadah, ki jih ima\u0161!<\/h2>\n<p>Ko iz dneva v dan sli\u0161i\u0161 in si sama vedno znova ponavlja\u0161 iste kritike in opombe, za\u010dne\u0161 tem opombam vedno bolj verjeti. In ravno te opombe postanejo del tvojega vsakdana, del tebe, tvoja prepri\u010danja in posledi\u010dno tvoje vrednote. \u010cez \u010das te opombe postanejo tako udobne, da jih sploh ve\u010d ne opazi\u0161.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SE TI ZDI TO ZNANO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ne morem se spremeniti.<\/li>\n<li>Tako pa\u010d je.<\/li>\n<li>Nimam dovolj \u010dasa.<\/li>\n<li>Sem premlada oz. prestara.<\/li>\n<li>Nisem dovolj pametna.<\/li>\n<li>Ne zaslu\u017eim si tega.<\/li>\n<li>Nimam sre\u010de.<\/li>\n<li>Ni ve\u010d upanja zame.<\/li>\n<li>Tega si ne morem privo\u0161\u010diti.<\/li>\n<li>Ne moram biti ljubljena. Nikoli ne bom na\u0161la osebe, ki me bo ljubila nazaj.<\/li>\n<li>\u017divljenje se pa\u010d zgodi, ne more\u0161 ga kar tako spreminjati.<\/li>\n<li>Prijaznim in dobrim ljudem nikoli ne uspe.<\/li>\n<li>Nih\u010de me ne mara.<\/li>\n<li>Ne znam re\u010di ne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Omejujo\u010da prepri\u010danja so kot son\u010dna o\u010dala \u2013 spremenijo pogled na svet, ampak, ker jih nosi\u0161 \u017ee toliko \u010dasa s seboj, ne ve\u0161 ve\u010d, da te obdajajo. Zate so postala nevidna, tudi \u010de jih drugi morda opazijo.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce nisi kjer si \u017eeli\u0161 biti, naj bo to fizi\u010dno, \u010dustveno, romanti\u010dno, osebnostno ali finan\u010dno je zelo verjetno, da globoko zakoreninjena negativna omejujo\u010da prepri\u010danja zavirajo tvoj napredek.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kako se soo\u010di\u0161 z omejujo\u010dimi prepri\u010danji?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Prvi korak:<\/strong><strong> Zapi\u0161i prepri\u010danje, ki te omejuje.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Igraj se detektiva in sledi svojim mislim in ob\u010dutkom ter tako odkrij omejujo\u010da prepri\u010danja, ki ti prepre\u010dujejo, da bi dosegla tisto, kar si \u017eeli\u0161. To prepri\u010danje zapi\u0161i na list papirja. Morda bo\u0161 opazila, kako mo\u010dno je res neko prepri\u010danje in kak\u0161na \u010dustva se ob tem zbujajo v tebi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drugi korak:<\/strong><strong> Priznaj si ta prepri\u010danja, ne resnic!<\/strong>\u00a0To je pogosto zelo te\u017eko. Ljudje namre\u010d pogosto mislimo, da so na\u0161a prepri\u010danja resni\u010dna. Tu pa pride prostor za mo\u017enost izbire. Kaj si bolj \u017eeli\u0161 \u2013 na vse pretege braniti svoje omejitve ali dose\u010di svoje cilje in \u017eelje? Izbira je tvoja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tretji korak:<\/strong><strong> Poskusi z drugim prepri\u010danjem.<\/strong>\u00a0Uporabi domi\u0161ljijo in si poskusi zamisliti prepri\u010danje, ki se sklada s tem, kar si \u017eeli\u0161. Lahko gre za nekaj takega: \u00bbIz svojih preteklih te\u017eav z denarjem sem se veliko nau\u010dila, zato mi bo v prihodnje la\u017eje.\u00ab ali pa \u00bbBila sem v nezdravem razmerju, zaradi katerega sem spoznala, kak\u0161nega \u017eivljenjskega sopotnika si resni\u010dno \u017eelim.\u00ab<\/p>\n<p>Treba je iti preko besed. Resni\u010dno mora\u0161 \u017eiveti to, v kar verjame\u0161.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cetrti korak:<\/strong><strong> Ravnaj druga\u010de.<\/strong>\u00a0To se ti bo morda zdelo malce stra\u0161ljivo. \u010ce si na primer res \u017eenska, ki jo mo\u0161ki obo\u017eujejo, kako se bo\u0161 vedla na zabavi? Kdo te bo povabil ven? \u010ce si res oseba, ki se prehranjuje zdravo, kaj se bo torej zna\u0161lo v tvoji nakupovalni ko\u0161arici?<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce se izogiba\u0161 korakom, s katerimi bi resni\u010dno stopila po poti svojih novih prepri\u010danj, potem bo\u0161 \u0161e naprej ostala ujeta v stare omejujo\u010de vzorce. Pomembno je, da za\u010dne\u0161 \u2013 vsak, \u0161e tako majhen korak, \u0161teje. Ni treba, da je \u017ee prvi korak popoln, pomembno je, da gre\u0161 v \u017eeleno smer.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u010clovek, ki pogosto izgublja dragocene predmete, ponavadi trpi zaradi prepri\u010danja, da je ne\u010desa kriv, tako, da se kaznuje in bla\u017ei ob\u010dutke krivde z izgubljanjem dragocenosti. \u010clovek, ki\u00a0 zlahka odstopi od svojih ciljev, ima nezavedno prepri\u010danje, da\u00a0 ne more uspeti in da si uspeha ne zaslu\u017ei. Ljudje, ki verjamejo, da je svet poln nevarnosti, se izogibajo novim situacijam in poznansvom, imajo te\u017eave pri iskanju bolj\u0161e slu\u017ebe in podobnih sprememb.
