Razlogi za napihnjenost so zelo razli\u010dni, saj lahko do nje pride \u017ee po kozarcu vode, \u017eve\u010dilnih gumijih ali dolo\u010deni hrani. In medtem ko se nekaterim trebuh napihne za zgolj nekaj centimetrov, se drugim opazno pove\u010da ter hkrati povzro\u010da tudi kr\u010de, zaprtje in druge zdravstvene te\u017eave.<\/p>\n<h2>Pogreta hrana je v\u010dasih te\u017eko prebavljiva<\/h2>\n<p>Po zau\u017eitju pogrete hrane, predvsem testenina in ri\u017ea, pride velikokrat do neprijetnega pojava napihnjenosti. Ta nastane zaradi spremenjene strukture \u017eivil v odporen \u0161krob, ki ga mnogi te\u017eko prebavljajo. To sicer ne pomeni, da se morate tak\u0161nih obrokov vedno izogniti, pomembno je le, da jih u\u017eivate takrat, ko so sve\u017ee pripravljeni.<\/p>\n<h2>Napihnjenost lahko povzro\u010dajo tudi hormonske spremembe<\/h2>\n<p>Pogost vzrok za napihnjenost so tudi hormonske spremembe, predvsem med ovulacijo. Takrat so \u017eenske videti polnej\u0161e, velikokrat pa prihaja tudi do zaprtja. Za odpravo teh te\u017eav je najbolj priporo\u010dljivo u\u017eivanje vlaknin.<\/p>\n<h2>Za napihnjenost so pogostokrat krivi \u017eve\u010dilni gumiji<\/h2>\n<p>Med \u017eve\u010denjem obi\u010dajno pogoltnete veliko ve\u010d zraka, kot je to potrebno, zato prihaja do ob\u010dutka napihnjenosti. Sicer pa so za slednjo odgovorni tudi sladkorji, ki vsebujejo sorbitol, ksilitol in manitol. Telo le-te te\u017eko prebavlja, v debelem \u010drevesju pa jih razgradijo bakterije in pri tem seveda proizvedejo veliko plinov. Tak\u0161ne sestavine se lahko najde tudi v pija\u010dah, ki ne vsebujejo sladkorja.<\/p>\n<h2>Prekomeren vnos vlaknin povzro\u010da pline in napenjanje v \u010drevesju<\/h2>\n<p>Tudi zdrava prehrana, ki je pove\u010dini bogata z vlakninami, povzro\u010da namenjanje v \u010drevesju. Prekomeren vnos sicer zdravih vlaknin zau\u017eijemo predvsem z zelenjavo &#8211; s fi\u017eolom in ostalimi stro\u010dnicami. Potrebno se je izogibati hrani, ki je te\u017eko prebavljiva (predvsem stro\u010dnice in glavnata zelenjava) pa tudi gaziranih pija\u010d in alkohola. Jesti je treba po\u010dasi, obroki pa naj bodo majhni in redni.<\/p>\n<h2>Kandida ob prekomerni razmno\u017eitvi povzro\u010da prebavne motnje<\/h2>\n<p>Kandida je kvasovka, ki je prisotna v vsakem zdravem telesu in je \u010dedalje pogostej\u0161i <b>razlog za napihnjenost<\/b>. Ob prekomerni razmno\u017eitvi, ki nastane zaradi prevelikih koli\u010din zau\u017eitega sladkorja in ostalih ogljikovih hidratov, pogosto povzro\u010da prebavne motnje in zastajanje plinov.<\/p>\n<h2>Za napihnjenost so lahko krivi tudi antibiotiki<\/h2>\n<p>Pogosto so krivec za napihnjenost tudi zdravila &#8211; antibiotiki najpogosteje povzro\u010dijo prebavne motnje, prav tako odvajala in eteri\u010dna olja. \u010ce opazite, da so vzrok za napihnjenost zdravila, se morate o tem posvetovati z zdravnikom.<\/p>\n<h2>Kaj pa stres?<\/h2>\n<p>Povezava med psiho in prebavo vsekakor obstaja, saj lahko prav stres povzro\u010da prebavne motnje, ali pa jih zgolj spodbuja.<\/p>\n<p>Sicer je za napihnjenost<b> <\/b>lahko kriva tudi ob\u010dutljivost \u017eelodca na dolo\u010deno hrano ali pa posledica alergije na dolo\u010deno \u017eivilo.
