Da se zaloge energije ne porabijo prehitro, se s\u010dasoma upo\u010dasni metabolizem. Posledi\u010dno prenehamo huj\u0161ati, saj se telo na vse na\u010dine trudi obdr\u017eati svoje zaloge. Poleg tega smo po koncu diete veliko bolj dovzetni za ponovno nabiranje kilogramov. Z upo\u010dasnjenim metabolizmom lahko pridobimo tudi do 100% ve\u010d te\u017ee, kot smo je izgubili.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0STRADANJE IN ZDRAVJE<\/h2>\n<p>S stradanjem delamo veliko \u0161kodo na\u0161emu telesu, ki je v\u010dasih celo nepopravljiva. Najprej za\u010dnemo izgubljati mi\u0161i\u010dno maso, nato se za\u010dnejo pojavljati vrtoglavica, glavoboli in slabost. \u010ce nadaljujemo s prenizkim kalori\u010dnim vnosom, smo dovzetni za slabokrvnost, oslabljen imunski sistem, te\u017eave z jetri in ledvicami, aritmijo itd. Zaradi pomanjkanja vitaminov in mineralov izgubljamo lase, lomijo se nohti, pojavijo se krvavitve dlesni.<\/p>\n<h2>ZAU\u017dIJTE DOVOLJ KALORIJ<\/h2>\n<p>Za uspe\u0161no huj\u0161anje je sicer potrebno zmanj\u0161ati kalorijski vnos, vendar poskrbite, da dnevno zau\u017eijete vsa makrohranila \u2013 beljakovine, ogljikove hidrate in ma\u0161\u010dobe ter celotni spekter <strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gorilla-labs.eu\/produkti\/10-gorilla-labs-vitamin.html\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">vitaminov in mineralov<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Odstranite nepotrebne kalorijske \u00bbbombe\u00ab (industrijsko predelana hrana, sladkor in nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobe) iz svojega jedilnika. Pojejte ve\u010d manj\u0161ih obrokov na dan, da telesu zagotovite konstantni dotok energije. \u010ce opazite, da se vam je huj\u0161anje ustavilo kljub temu, da zau\u017eijete manj kalorij, spravite svoj metabolizem ponovno v pogon.
