V 19. stoletju se je<b> kaki <\/b>za\u010del saditi tudi v Kaliforniji ter Ju\u017eni Evropi in je danes eden najbolj zanimivih sade\u017eev, ki pa se ga \u0161e vedno zapostavlja.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kaki<\/b> ima namre\u010d ogromno vitaminov, mineralov in vlaknin, nujno potrebnih za zdravo telo, poleg tega pa je zanimivo tudi njegovo poreklo, saj spada v dru\u017eino dreves imenovanih Diospyros, kar v stari gr\u0161\u010dini pomeni &#8216; sade\u017e bogov&#8217;. <b>Kaki j<\/b>e po navadi rumeno-oran\u017ene ali temnej\u0161e oran\u017ene barve in po strukturi ter velikosti precej spominja na paradi\u017enik. Pod olupkom se skriva zelo mehek sade\u017e z zanimivim, precej sladkim okusom.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010cude\u017ene sestavine kakija<\/h2>\n<p><b>Kaki<\/b> ni le sladek in so\u010den, temve\u010d ima tudi veliko koristnih u\u010dinkovin, je zelo nasiten, ter je nizko kalori\u010den, saj 100 gramov <b>kakija<\/b> vsebuje okoli 80 kalorij. Bogat je s \u0161tevilnimi antioksidanti, med njimi galokatekini in ketekini, ki prepre\u010dujejo vnetja in infekcije, ter s kislino betulin, ki prepre\u010duje nastanek tumorjev. <b>Kaki<\/b> vsebuje tudi veliko vitamina C, enega najbolj znanih branilcev imunskega sistema, \u017eelezo, ki je nujno potrebno za zdravo kri, ter kalcij, fosfor itd.<\/p>\n<p>Skrivnostni sade\u017e je bogat s kompleksom vitamina B, saj v njem najdemo folno kislino, tiamin oziroma vitamin B1, ki krvni sladkor pretvarja v energijo, ter B2, enega klju\u010dnih elementov normalnega delovanja metabolizma. To pa \u0161e ni vse, saj je ena od sestavinb tudi vsestranski vitamin A, ki je nujen za zdravje \u0161tevilnih organov in tkiv: o\u010di, zob in kosti, za gladko ko\u017eo, reproduktivni sistem itd.
