Poleg utrujenosti se pogosto pojavi tudi izguba apetita in padec libida, lahko pa te preseneti tudi kak glavobol. Vse to so tegobe, ki jih lahko prinese za\u010detek jeseni. Da bi jih odpravila, je najprej potrebno ugotoviti vzrok.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Tudi v jesenskem vremenu ostani aktivna<\/h2>\n<p>Zavoljo pustega jesenskega vremena se mnogi zlahka odre\u010dejo aktivnostim v naravi in raje izberejo pole\u017eavanje na doma\u010dem kav\u010du. Vendar \u017ee mnogi strokovnjaki so potrdili, da prav gibanje v naravi pripomore k bolj\u0161emu po\u010dutju in nas ponovno napolni z energijo. Torej potrudi se vsak dan zaspati ob pribli\u017eno isti uri in ob istih urah se zjutraj sku\u0161aj dvigniti iz postelje. Poleg tega poskrbi tudi za miren in nemoten spanec.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Ne prepu\u0161\u010daj se samoti<\/h2>\n<p>Kljub bolj hladnemu vremenu se ne odrekaj dru\u017eenju s prijatelji, saj je prav to tisto, kar potrebuje\u0161, da se tvoje razpolo\u017eenje dvigne. Dobrodo\u0161lo je tudi dru\u017eenje v dvoje, saj je jesen odli\u010den letni \u010das za romanti\u010dne sprehode in dolge ve\u010dere ob romanti\u010dnih filmih. Sku\u0161aj se izogibati sladkarijam, saj je njihov u\u010dinek kratkotrajen, na koncu pa pustijo le \u0161e ve\u010dji ob\u010dutek utrujenosti. Dnevnih obrokov ne preskakuj, temve\u010d si jih privo\u0161\u010di na vsake 4 ure, vsebujejo pa naj tudi ri\u017e, polnozrnate \u017eitarice, kruh, krompir, ore\u0161\u010dke, itd. Ogljikove hidrate vsebujejo tudi energetske plo\u0161\u010dice.
