Vsak gri\u017eljaj dobro pre\u017eve\u010dite, dokler se ne spremeni v ka\u0161o. Poleg tega, da vas bo hrana tako manj napihovala, boste z manj\u0161imi koli\u010dinami hrane dosegli ob\u010dutek sitosti, kar bo zagotovilo bolj raven trebuh tudi na dolgi rok. Tudi sicer se poslu\u017eujte zvija\u010d proti napihnjenosti: ne jejte stro\u010dnic, hrano dobro za\u010dinite, predvsem s kumino in \u010dilijem, izogibajte se ko\u0161\u010di\u010dastemu sadju in jejte \u017eivila, ki odvajajo vodo (kot denimo kumarice). Izogibajte se \u017eivilom, ki vsebujejo sladilo sorbitol (v sadju, kot so jabolka, hru\u0161ke, breskve, slive in mnogih dietnih izdelkih), saj povzro\u010da napihnjenost. Prav tako se izogibajte hrani, ki vsebuje veliko \u0161kroba (testenine, ri\u017e, kruh, druga \u017eivila iz moke) saj tudi ta napihuje, ko se prebavlja. Da o gaziranih pija\u010dah, ki zaradi ogljikovega dioksida napihnjejo \u017eelodec, sploh ne govorimo.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Izogibajte se soli<\/h2>\n<p>Sol zadr\u017euje vodo v telesu, zato smo po slani hrani napihnjeni oz. celo ote\u010deni. Izogibajte se slanim prigrizkom (ki so ponavadi \u0161e polni ma\u0161\u010dob), jedi pa, namesto da bi jih mo\u010dno solili, raje mo\u010dneje za\u010dinite. \u010cili, poper, zeli\u0161\u010da, limonin sok, \u010desen &#8230; \u010de boste jedi dobro za\u010dinili, ne boste pogre\u0161ali soli. Roke stran od sojine omake, vegete in ju\u0161nih kock, \u010de \u017eelite omejiti koli\u010dino zau\u017eite soli!<\/p>\n<h2>3. Smejte se!<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce niste ravno najbolj zagreta \u0161portnica, je smeh eden najbolj\u0161ih (ne\u0161portnih) na\u010dinov, kako okrepiti trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice! Dru\u017eite se s prijatelji ob ogledu trapastih komedij in igranju dru\u017eabnih iger, kot so activity ipd. Pri tem namesto alkoholnih pija\u010d (kozarec vina ima 100 kcal!) raje pijte doma\u010do limonado.
