Njen, sprva osamljen s paneli in vla\u017eilci opremljen studio na Je\u017eici v Ljubljani, dobiva vse ve\u010d posnemovalcev.<\/p>\n<h2>Toplota je za telo hkrati blagodejna in izziv<\/h2>\n<p>Hot yoga \u00a0ali vro\u010da joga temelji na \u00a0tehniki, ki jo je Bikram uvedel pred 30 leti. Vadba je sestavljena je \u00a0iz serije 50 polo\u017eajev, ki sistemati\u010dno zdravijo telo od znotraj navzven. \u00a0Izbrani so zato, da okrepijo, podalj\u0161ajo, u\u010dvrstijo in obnovijo vsako kito, mi\u0161ico in vez v va\u0161em telesu. Vse to v\u00a0 za telo optimalnih pogojih : temperatura je od 34 do 38 stopinj celzija in vlaga\u00a0 med 50 in 60 odstotki. Prav dejstvo, da jo izvajamo v ogretem in vla\u017enem prostoru, jo lo\u010di od drugih jog in ji daje\u00a0 tisto nekaj ve\u010d. Marsikomu je \u017ee sama misel, da bi bil fizi\u010dno dejaven v tak\u0161nem okolju, zastra\u0161ujo\u010da! \u00a0A prav toplota je tista, ki je \u00a0za na\u0161e telo najbolj blagodejna in hkrati izziv. \u00a0Toplota namre\u010d \u00a0sprosti in zmeh\u010da mi\u0161ice ter sklepe, pa tudi krepi, zdravi in razstruplja telo. \u00bbObstaja veliko koristi na ve\u010d ravneh, ki pa se razlikujejo in so odvisne od vsakega posameznika. Sicer \u00a0pa vsak dela po svojih sposobnostih in ni za\u010detne ali napredne skupine.
