Kdor se redno ukvarja s prakso sprostitve, postane bolj ugla\u0161en z lastnim telesom.<\/p>\n<p>Z vajami spro\u0161\u010danja zaklju\u010dimo vsako prakso joge, lahko pa si priskrbite vodeno spro\u0161\u010danje na cd-ju in vadite doma.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Spremenite notranji dialog<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bodite pozorni na to, kaj vam va\u0161e telo sporo\u010da.
