Kot so v\u00a0 zaklju\u010dkih svoje raziskave navedli ameri\u0161ki znanstveniki, je tako preprosto zato, ker je veliko la\u017eje pojesti 500 kalorij manj na dan, kot pa s telovadbo vsak dan porabiti 500 kalorij.<\/p>\n<h2>Telovadba vs. dieta: Dvig energije<\/h2>\n<p>Za dvig energije je koristnej\u0161a <strong>telovadba<\/strong>. Telesna aktivnost spodbudi mo\u017egane, da v telo spro\u0161\u010dajo nevrotransmiterje &#8211; to so \u017eiv\u010dni prena\u0161alci, med njimi tudi adrenalin in dopamin, ki skrbita za visoko raven energije.<\/p>\n<h2>Telovadba vs. dieta: Izbolj\u0161anje razpolo\u017eenja<\/h2>\n<p>Tudi za izbolj\u0161anje razpolo\u017eenja je <strong>telovadba<\/strong> u\u010dinkovitej\u0161a od hrane &#8211; zato ti &#8216;<strong>dieta<\/strong>&#8216; s sladkarijami ne bo prav ni\u010d pomagala, ko se bo\u0161 po\u010dutila nesre\u010dno. Raje pojdi na fitnes ali te\u010di &#8211; telesna aktivnost spodbuja spro\u0161\u010danje serotonina, ki je znan kot hormon sre\u010de. Slednje naj bi namre\u010d zni\u017eale tveganje za sr\u010dne bolezni za neverjetnih 64 odstotkov, najve\u010d pa jih najdemo v mastnih ribah, na primer lososu, tunini in postrveh.<\/p>\n<h2>Telovadba vs. dieta: Prepre\u010devanje sladkorne bolezni<\/h2>\n<p>Za prepre\u010devanje sladkorne bolezni je po mnenju strokovnjakov klju\u010dnej\u0161ega pomena <strong>telovadba<\/strong>, saj aktivne mi\u0161ice za svoje delovanje iz krvi \u010drpajo glukozo in na ta na\u010din vzdr\u017eujejo raven sladkorja v krvi v mejah normale. Sicer pa je za uspe\u0161en boj proti nastanku sladkorne bolezni najbolj pomembno vzdr\u017eevanje prave te\u017ee, ki je najuspe\u0161nej\u0161e pri kombinaciji <strong>telovadbe<\/strong> in ustrezne prehrane.<\/p>\n<h2>Telovadba vs. dieta: Preventiva pred rakom<\/h2>\n<p>Za preventivo pred rakom je sicer od vseh na\u0161tetih \u0161e najbolj pomembna kombinacija obeh, torej, da pazi\u0161 tako na prehrano kot na ustrezno koli\u010dino telesne vadbe.
