Zadr\u017eevanje vode zaradi soli<\/h2>\n<p>Telo v\u010dasih zadr\u017euje ve\u010d vode, kot jo dejansko potrebuje, najve\u010dkrat pa je vzrok za to preve\u010d soli v telesu. Ve\u010d vode telo zadr\u017euje tudi v \u010dasu pred in med menstruacijo. Re\u0161itev za to je, da je\u0161 manj slano ali neslano hrano, po drugi strani pa tudi, da pije\u0161 ve\u010d vode &#8211; tako bo\u0161 telo prisilila, da jo bo za\u010delo izlo\u010dati.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Hrana, ki napihne<\/h2>\n<p>V\u010dasih je na\u0161 <strong>trebuh napihnjen<\/strong> preprosto zato, ker smo zau\u017eili hrano, ki je zelo bogata z vlakninami in zato mo\u010dno napihne. Pri prebavljanju tovrstne hrane &#8211; na primer fi\u017eola, zelja, brsti\u010dnega ohrovta in za\u010dinjene hrane &#8211; se spro\u0161\u010da veliko plinov, ki se nato kopi\u010dijo v \u010drevesju in povzro\u010dajo napihnjen trebuh.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Prehitro je\u0161<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce obrok poje\u0161 prehitro je posledica prav tako lahko <strong>napihnjen trebuh<\/strong> &#8211; iz dveh razlogov. Prvi je, da hrane nisi dobro pre\u017eve\u010dila, kar pomeni, da je bil prvi &#8211; mehanski del prebave slab, zato bo tudi kemi\u010dni del prebave potekal po\u010dasneje in bo\u0161 hrano te\u017eje prebavila. Drugi razlog pa je, da nam pri hitrem prehranjevanju v \u017eelodec skupaj s hrano prav tako lahko pride veliko zraka, posledica pa je zopet napihnjen trebuh.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Sindrom vzdra\u017eenega \u010drevesja<\/h2>\n<p>Sindrom vzdra\u017eenega \u010drevesja je \u017eelod\u010dne bolezen, katere glavna simptoma sta bole\u010dine v trebuhu in <strong>napihnjen trebuh<\/strong>, spremlja pa ju izmenjavanje zaprtja in driske. Za bla\u017eenje simptomov naj bi pomagalo jemanje probiotikov in spremljanje prehrane, da ugotovimo, katera hrana spro\u017ea sindrom.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Alergija na dolo\u010deno \u017eivilo<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Napihnjen trebuh<\/strong> je lahko posledica alergije na dolo\u010deno \u017eivilo, za katero sploh ne vemo, da jo imamo. Najpogostej\u0161e alergije dana\u0161njega \u010dasa so alergija na laktozo in na gluten. Edina re\u0161itev pri tem je, da iz prehrane izlo\u010dimo ali pa vsaj zelo omejimo vnos \u017eivil s tema dvema sestavinama.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Crohnova bolezen<\/h2>\n<p>Crohnova bolezen je resna kroni\u010dna vnetna bolezen \u010drevesja, ki jo spremljajo <strong>napihnjen trebuh<\/strong>, trebu\u0161ni kr\u010di in pogosta diareja. Vzroka in zdravila za bolezen \u0161e ne poznajo, zato je edini ukrep bla\u017eenje simptomov &#8211; z antibiotiki, protivnetnimi u\u010dinkovinami in strogo dieto.<\/p>\n<h2>7. KANDIDA: Napihnjen trebuh zaradi glivic<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Napihnjen trebuh<\/strong> je lahko tudi posledica mikoze &#8211; prekomerne namno\u017eitve glivic kvasovk v \u010drevesju.
