Pustite stati 5 minut. Potem dodajte mandljevo mleko, 340 g medu,sol, olivno olje in jajca, ter preme\u0161ajte. Z leseno lopatko me\u0161anici prime\u0161ajte \u0161e moko. Ko se ne bo dalo ve\u010d me\u0161ati, pregnetite z rokami. Mesite pribli\u017eno 10-15 minut, da dobite homogeno kepo testa. Kepo prema\u017eite s tanko plastjo olivnega olja, pokrijte in pustite stati eno uro, da vzhaja. Po eni uri testo znova pregnetite in pustite vzhajati \u0161e eno uro. Potem ga znova pregnetite in pustite stati \u0161e 10 minut, medtem pa pripravite nadev. V srednje veliki skledi zme\u0161ajte\u00a0vse sestavine za nadev.<\/p>\n<p>Na dobro pomokani povr\u0161ini zvaljajte testo v pravokotno obliko. Potem testo prema\u017eite z nadevom, vendar naj ta sega samo do treh stranic pravokotnika. Na stranici, kjer nadev sega do robu, za\u010dnite zavijati testo.
